SeaDoo Challenger 230 Jet Pump Removal

I have owned my Sea-Doo for the last 4 years. in that time I think I've removed my jet pumps, probably 10 or 12 times. I'm getting pretty good at it. This is something that any jetboat owner should know how to do. if there's a downside to the Sea-Doo it is that there is no clean out port like the Yamahas. To clean out a rope or some other debris you pretty much have to pull these pumps off. I keep my tools in the back of my truck on the off chance that I have to do this.

Is that ladder stock or aftermarket? Mine is only 2 steps, and I am looking for a longer ladder but none on Amazon I can find fit properly
