My great grandfather was born in Dawson and is a huge part of many families history. I just ask tant whoever does get it takes care of it and the history it holds

The other day I was thinking about how I would love to continue the work that Ted Turner started for endangered species and healing grasslands with Bison. The next day this listing appeared. I hope that who ever is blessed to become the Steward of this special land also feels the same.
In other words I would capitalize on the tremendous work that the Turner group has done for the surrounding land. And continue their model for endangered species. As well as implement a plan to clean and restore the ecosystem of this watershed/forests. I am sure that there is much that can be done to clean up the remnants of all the mining in order to improve the water and biodiversity.

I looked at this ranch last year,unfortunately 350 miners were killed in a mine explosion in a coal mine on the ranch...I guarantee the ghost of those men are there, they were never buried they are in the mine still....it’s in the middle of the property, I wouldn’t touch it!
There are people that have the skillful means to put those souls to rest. And transform the elements to be beneficial to all.

Big mistake. They will overpopulate the ranch. Many will get sick and die..It won't happen overnight, but it will happen.
During times of drought, many will starve.
Hunting will put wildlife managers on the property to manage the herds and keep them healthy.
I went hunting goats on a 500 square mile sheep station in Outback Australia, or 320,00 acres. I went to school with someone who's family had a Million acre cattle station. Not that uncommon in Australia.

Only EV, free EV shuttles Transportaion within the town and to neighboring cities that run 24/7. All wiring underground. Small airport. Small organic grocery store. A few nice restaurants. Drive in. No franchise. No gas stations. Small Privat practice for health care. Private security and fire dept. Post office. Local gym. Movies theater. K-12 schools.
So in other words completely ruin nature.
