    man i had been looking for ranches on your page for a long time.
    i had a doubt can a non usa residant puchase the property.
    also what arre the taxes to be paid on this proprty annualy...
    also i was going to buy a proprty but when i rechecked it was sold so their any chance we can buy the sold property from the current owner through you..

    Too bad the moles or gophers live there to in the grass. Saw all the dirt mounds.

      I doubt that's what you really worry about when you got $20 million for a ranch.

      The foxes, hawks, and bobcats need the moles and gophers to eat. That's how nature works.
