What is the problem with a foreign person buying the land, anyone that buys the land for its intended use is going to add into the economic unlike gates or other billionaires buy farm land to increase food scarcity to pump food prices. I have started and bought businesses, and have run into several cases of a great salesman showing amazing financials, then once I took over the business I find multiple liabilities, upset customers, etc. I’ve known a dozen people who start businesses, push like hell. Hire great people, but once sold those people follow the entrepreneur to their next project, and you are left scrambling.

I suspect that farm is for sale because the ogallala is largely depleted it that area. All that infrastructure isn’t worth much without adequate water.
US land are good quality cause the relay on organic matter for yields cause of fertilizer costs and low grain price, at the end of the day farmers make small percentage as earnings 😢😢

I thought in America land price would be so high when compared to India but it is so much cheaper here comparing to India. But we can't buy 1 or 2 acres as we buy here in India, may be no one sell 1 or 2 acres I guess.

Texas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, California, E Oregon, and Utah too…irrigated farming in the West is about over…low yielding inconsistent dry land farming and pasture will be the future..beautiful country and good soil though when it rains at least
I thought in America land price would be so high when compared to India but it is so much cheaper here comparing to India. But we can't buy 1 or 2 acres as we buy here in India, may be no one sell 1 or 2 acres I guess.
