- 春余園子是一個茶空間，打造這個園子，唐白余更多的是爲了圓自己一個江南園林夢。這裏背靠陽明山，面對淡水海岸線，處在一個淺淺的山坳裏，自然環境優越。唐白余年輕時就在附近工作，對周邊環境非常了解。他很喜歡這裏，因此，當初選園址時，他毫不猶豫地選擇了這裏，“這個地方的山水和人物有一些自然的東西在接應。”
唐白余出生在南京，2歲從大陸來到台灣，17歲之前，一直跟祖父生活在一起，有很深的感情。所以在給自己的園子取名時，用了祖父名字裏的“春”字，作爲紀念，而“余”字來自他自己的名字。
唐白余在祖父的影響下，從小就開始喝茶。“幾十年下來，茶應該就是好像我們吃飯一樣，就是生活。”唐白余現在喝茶只要它幹淨就好，喝得自然就好。在春天的時候唐白余會喝一些比較像春天的茶，譬如說清雅一點的，像台灣的包種、烏龍；如果天氣冷一點，就可能會喝一些厚一點的，溫暖一點的茶，譬如說像普洱或者一些老茶。
在春余園子，唐白余依然堅持著自己對食材的高要求，以江浙菜和廣東菜爲主，把菜式調整爲更清淡的口味，吸引了大批食客慕名而來。

看到唐先生才認出來我幾年前去過這地方，餐飲部份是沒有菜單的套餐，菜色是配好的，沒記錯的話一個人兩千台幣。我覺得主要是享受氣氛
餐飲上我比較喜歡唐先生在江子翠的豐華小館，是吃桌菜的，我吃了十幾年了味道品質都沒變

一个舒适精心布置的居所，是一条秘密隧道。连接喧嚣与宁静。可人要在这条隧道两端来回奔走。为了这样的宁静，你要知道房子维护状态，水电气的账单，要尽力做到自己烹煮，食材的选择等等。这些东西好像可以请人去做，可你要真的做到宁静，就要亲自触摸这些东西。不然品茗下棋不过架势而已。
