    Hey Olivia I'm not a vegan but I do eat tons of dark green vegetables. Did you ever have trouble digesting all those vegetables? When I consume a bit more than usual it comes out of me like a green smoothie lol.

      Kale Chips chew it up really good man. & work on getting your Pancrease functioning optimal. Other then that, veggies are still a little harder for humans to break down.

      I actually still have trouble digesting vegetables - especially greens - which is why I usually prefer to juice them. Brady is right, it usually signifies that your liver and/or pancreas isn't functioning optimally. Try juicing or blending your greens if you want to consume more than usual, and work on cleaning up your lymph system.

    Beautiful as usual. Can you please give me some advice on ice berg lettuce, I haven’t bought it in ages because I read everywhere that it isn’t very nutritious. Not bad but just nothing special compared to the other darker green. What do you think? I was looking forward to your new vid. Thanks for all you do ✌️🌸💖🙂

      I was wondering the same. I remember someone telling me in the late nineties that Iceberg lettuce was created for cheap, mass consumption and was therefore devoid of calories. Since then I have not once bought Iceberg and have only had it if it's included in a salad that I have ordered. I'm definitely going to give it a try again.

    Did you ever lost your period on this diet? I did, but how do i get it back? I am eating enough calories and eat about 10% fat everyday.

      Hello my dear, yes I have lost my period on this journey. The body generally loses its period when there's something bigger going on that it wants to focus all its energy towards healing. That is only one reason you may have lost it, there can be many more. I can only suggest to continue eating a whole food plant based diet, eating enough fat (perhaps try eating more healthy fats), cleansing and detoxing etc. Otherwise maybe make an appointment with one of Dr. Robert Morse's consultants to help get your health to the next level :)

      fffocus my advice is to not have a balance of cooked and raw foods. Not too much raw. Try adding more healthy fats

      fffocus you do realize what she said is pseudoscience right? “Bodies way of focusing”. She doesn’t get a period because her body fat is too low. Also 10 percent fat is way too low for a lot of people. Don’t be afraid to try different things and you’ll figure it out.

      Hi Sandra, I find dragonfruit to have a beautiful sweet subtle taste. You need to make sure it's super fresh, ripe and organic though. I got the coco recipe from Dan: ruclips.net/video/YQsgh9lUhoE/видео.html

    Your so beautiful💝 and your diet is so very healthy but maybe adding raw enzymes will help you absorb your food and more vegan protein might be beneficial more Spirulina" Avocado"Hemp"
    Tahini ,"Sweet Potatoes"
    Coconut Oil and Nut butters all organic of course and Raw coconut aminos would be great And not that you don't already eat these foods because you already do But Just eat much" much" more of these"
    I've always had a low weight problem but eating more of these helps tremendously 🍲💚❄🔆
    PS: Taking raw enzymes with every meal and more of these will help define your body even if you don't use weights and of course you already know this" it's a suggestion🌻God bless..

    Hi Olivia, I've watched a lot of your "what i eat" videos, as i am on my own journey to a healthy place. I am concerned that your diet seems very restrictive. I'd imagine for someone of your body size, you would need to eat about 1550 kc of 6000kj. Are you able to address your macro intake? Are you able to sustain your weight on what you're eating?

      Hi Larry, I don't count macros, micros and calories etc. I believe it's not about how much you eat, but how much you absorb that truly matters. I listen to my body and stay in tune with it. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. I never force-feed myself because other people tell me I should. This is what works for me :)

    I just want to ask if this is enough. I know that we are all different. On raw I eat so much more than you, a big mono-meal of fruit than a fruit snack qnd finishing with a big salad... Anyways love your video

      That doesn't sound too different from my day of eating 😊 but yes, I feel this is enough for me. I tune in and listen to my body - I eat when I'm hungry, and stop when I'm full.

      Hello my dear Iswariya, it depends at what point in your healing journey you're at when it comes to caffeine... I don't believe caffeine plays a role while healing because it's a stimulant and puts pressure on the adrenal glands. If you're healthy and not detoxing deeply, then drinking organic high quality black coffee isn't the worst thing in the world.

    Hello dear love your videos so much, its helpful I do have a question pls do reply, i am suffering from eye pains that has made my eyes lids swelling and droopy that has made my big yellows kind of small,ellow/ brown patches, blood line strain, and my white eyeballs are no more white again please do you think going on a raw vegan will improve my eye sight as well as get rid of all this effects?? Pls reply thanks I have a very fine big white eyes but it has change due to these factors and it started recently and I don't know solution apart from going to doctor, I do want others ways to help me achieve even more than what I have before pls do reply thanks.
