    I truly appreciate when you make these videos. People think I’m crazy when I say I get dizzy and my fatigue increases after drinking a cold pressed juice...I thought I was crazy or making it up. So your experiences always validate what I’m feeling. Thank you

    There's two groups of people people detoxing for the entire life vs. People who have the correct diet for their entire life and feel great. Don't fall into the Trap of detoxing for your entire life it's a waste of a life

      Yes I totally agree a correct detoxification shouldn’t take an entire lifetime to help with health issues 🙂 if it’s not working, it needs to be corrected 👍🏻

      If you look at the channel information you can see that she started her content in 2013. If healing hasn't happen in 8 years then I dont know man. I am raw myself so this is no hate on the movement in any way. I just think that switching from one fad diet to the other every couple of months/years is not going to solve her issues and listening to someone like the medical medium who has no scientific background at all wont be much help neither... in my personal opinion

    I’m so glad i found your channel! I also love the MM books and it has helped me tremendously. I try to listen to his IG lives every day because it keeps me motivated. He’s so hardworking, I mean, who goes live every day to talk about health concerns and show how to prep delicious food in the meantime?!

      With the celery, do you blend it keeping the leaves etc or do you juice it , discarding the dry pulp

      @@framora743 the smoothie recipe is just one mango, 2 bananas, 2 cups baby spinach and 2 leaves of kale blended with about 2.5 cups of water 🙂 I’m not sure what kind of mint it was, but any mint is fine 🙏🏻

    While I was watching this video I was eating my tasty spinach soup. I am obsessed with it!! I was so scared to try this but when I did, I can’t stop eating it. I eat it with lunch and dinner. I do add sweet potatoes and white potatoes with my meals. I follow his protocols for my endometriosis. And I love the Heavy Metal Smoothie. So tasty!!

      @@OliviaBudgen I love it so much! I just got my friend to buy all the ingredients so she can make it daily as well. The only change I have seen from MM protocols is weight loss. That’s a good change. I lost 20 pounds. But, the endo hasn’t really gotten better. I was thinking of finding a MM trained doctor who can help but so far I haven’t been able to. Plus, I would like to find one who takes insurance.

    Thankyou for sharing your journey and thankyou for sharing the point about that you can detox to much and to fast. I think many of us can get to unpatient with the detox proces and then damage ourselves. Thankyou for inspiring to go the more slow and safe way :)

    What do you think about taking bentonite clay on the daily? Another one I like is just a lemon flush ... 7-10 lemons juiced, bottoms up!

      I personally don’t like or recommend bentonite clay. I used it and it made my digestive symptoms worse. 7-10 lemons is a lot 😅🍋 if your body can handle it, then great, but it would be too powerful for me 😳

    Hi Olivia, I love your videos. I just had one question for you. How long did it take being on a raw vegan diet for your eyes to get so crystal clear? I know everyone's body condition is different, but I just wanted to know how long it took you.

    Hi Olivia! I think there is a balance to maintain between Zinc & Copper, if you take too much Zinc, it will deplete your body from Copper. Thank's for sharing your progress, have a good day 🙂

    Not judging at all. I was vegan for 7 years till August. I stopped for health reasons. It has helped some. But I have things I need to detox from but can't cus I'm breastfeeding. Also, some people can't handle digesting a lot of plant vitamins. Also, eating pufas can mess with hormones, & cause cell damage. Like nuts , seeds, vegetable oils are hard. Cruciferous vegetables can also be very hard on us

    Just curious, how many calories are you averaging, you talked boutique importance of eating enough so I was just wondering? Thank you for the inspiration!

      I popped my food in to cronometer to check for you. I ate approximately 1600 calories this day. Keep in mind I am 4 ft 10 and don't do intense exercise :) Cronometer states I am actually eating more than I need to.

    You are definitely very open and honest about what you do for your health and diet. Appreciate that..I’m referring to other video’s I’ve watched as well. Curious, do you get regular blood work done..Or at least done 3 or 4 times a year? A silly question, and I mean NO disrespect! Do you use a self tanner? There is a reason I ask this. Do you do daily enemas and how often? I use to myself practice this and for a very long time. I know your young and things I hope won’t catch-up when your older like myself and many other’s..but I now have an ileostomy and MANY stomach and bowel problems. I’ve had 13 surgeries since 2017…this is truth. Not all was due to how I practice this non approved method…but the problems are definitely because of what I did for years. Thank you and I hope you get back to me. I’m not looking to banter on about it because it’s obvious you believe in your diet and enemas, not starting a fight..just question’s? Thank you!

      Hi Mary, thank you for your comment and questions 😊 I do not use self tanner and never would; I don’t use toxic chemicals on my body. I do get regular blood tests, once per year, and the results are always great (apart from low iron which I used to experience sometimes). I believe getting too many blood tests is not good or healthy as having too much blood taken has a negative effect on the body. I do enemas a few times per week because they help immensely with my symptoms 🙏🏻 Sorry to hear about your stomach situation. You say you don’t believe it was all due to enemas, but then you think enemas played a part in it, is that correct? What else do you believe caused your issues? Look forward to hearing back 🙂

    This sounds and looks like an eating disorders also orthorexia. Date and kale? This is not a meal! Way too much goitrogens from tons of greens. This is very bad for your thyroid.
    I’ve been there (raw vegan, vegan, orthorexic, juice cleanse 30day etc etc etc) and I am happy that I eat normally now. We do not need to detoxify all the time with greens. Body does that every day but it self. Yes you need the protein and yes you need cook some vegetables

      I popped my food for this day in to cronometer and it shows I meet all my fat, protein and carbohydrate needs. It also shows I eat more than I need to for my personal height and weight. I am happy with the way I eat :)

    in me my sleep quality suffers if i eat too little fat
    idk what anorexic person came up with 10%, i need 17% at least preferably 20-25% to feel full satiation and least irritable (too high not good either...>30% i notice ive higher cortisol and get spooked out if stuff surprises me and my skin gets fatty (luckily ive no skin problems like many brain dead (mostly starch eating) vegans))

You don’t even need a dressing or any fats because of the gooey dates and bananas 🥰 Perhaps you might try something like that one evening. It has fruits, but doesn’t taste too sweet because of all the greens and veggies.

    I'm exactly like you... I can handle more CJ but not too much fiber and all that variety, no fat... I feel lie I should follow mono eating up to the end of my life... Would you mind to share the MM practitioner you worked with? I would be very interested

    Balancing your hormones through a prometabolic way of eating is amazing. Omega 3 supplements , iron copper, vit d etc aren't great for us

    I am surprised your Morse-practitioner didnt take your situation into consideration.🤔 Mine told be its better go slow but consistant than fast. Fruit is one of the best detoxers and great for the nervoussystem. But if you cant handle it it can harm you. The Practitioner should know that.

    I've been following people who have been detoxing for decades. Imagine detoxing for decades and decades and decades and then you get to the end of your life and all you've done is detox and felt miserable your entire life for me if this detoxing is not working after a few months to the maximum one year absolute maximum of the year then it's not an actual detox there's something wrong with the way we are eating so if just eating fruit is making me feel miserable you got it cut out some of the fruit and Implement a few other things so here's just one example fruit is awesome am at a high fruit diet is the way to go however let's sister say fruit is low in iodine and then you add a few oysters and you feel amazing with the massive amount of iodine zinc and iron Omega threes excetera can go on and on and so then even though Easter's have a detrimental effect in other aspects if so when I eat less a 70% fruit and and some oysters and then I feel amazing month after month after month it just doesn't make sense that someone we should say that I should eat completely fruit and then a small amount of greens went out when my body is lacking in so many other nutrients and minerals so it is absolutely sickening when people say detox people are saying is he didn't know it's not detox it is absolutely not detox! It is the body screaming that something is wrong with the diet it is not detox at all it is complete nonsense if you have to add a little bit of meat a little bit of potatoes to make yourself feel good and then you'll feel good year after year after year instead of feeling like s*** year after year after year and then they just say that it's just a detox it's complete b*******!

      Some „detoxers“ are not aware that it can take years to really feel balanced on the fruit-tender-leaves diet. You always have to balance out sometimes with some good salad or even cooked veggies. They think they can go straight fruit and then they crash after some time. this is more a marathon not a sprint. And only eat at a level that allows you to be balanced.

I agree with so much of what you said especially the majority of our diet should be fruit and then a little bit of tender leafy greens. The things which I disagree is that our digestive systems have changed slightly from other primates not to the point where we should be consuming a carnivore diet, however, I think a little bit of meat especially in the form of oysters are mussels is extremely beneficial for overall health. Primates eat a small amount of insects about 10% of their diet, especially the primates which we are closely related to like the chimpanzees Etc. Over the course of thousands and thousands of years we consumed more and more meat specially during the six or seven months of winter in northern Europe. Evolution works a lot faster than we know in ten thousand years most Europeans are able to consume milk without being allergic to it, why lesions are mostly lactose intolerant. Overall milk is not healthy for an individual, however, most Europeans can handle it, why do most Asians cannot if you looked at up it's like 90% of Asians cannot handle milk while 90% of Europeans can handle milk. So just 10,000 years we started evolving and changing. The same goes for consuming a small amount of meat do to the fact over hundreds of thousands of years we ate a high meat diet during the winter months. I've changed my mind back and forth so many times, at this time, I think a diet of 80% fruit 10% 10 tenderly in Greens and then 10% wasters is the optimal diet. At the most extreme detox should only take about a year people who have been detoxing for years and years and decades there is something lacking with how they are eating. So are these people within a few months if they ate 80% fruit 10% leafy greens and then 10% boyster's oarfish might feel amazing compared to just eating fruit and leafy greens. I I do not believe we should be detoxing for decades. Something is grammatically lacking if the detox keeps going

LOL, no I'm not blind, however, I am starting to lose my eyesight and that is the one thing that I've been proud of is having phenomenal eyesight way better than 20/20 come. But now I have to wear reading glasses because the words are so damn blurry :-).
      Yes, I agree we are our bodies are always detoxing. But these people who are feeling like crap day after day year after year decade after decade just keeps slamming this detox methodology this way of thinking that I think is completely absolutely wrong! Yes there is a detox. Even if you've been on heroin it's in a couple weeks to a month but this year after year decade after decade of detox is complete b*******! That means the body is not getting something that it needs oh, and I think these people who are only eating fruit or only eating green leaves are are missing out on some fundamentals which is just a Monumental topic to talk about. I agree with so much what you're saying though I have done many water fast the longest I've gone is 14 days and then I've done other ones have been 5 and 7 days when I first started doing water fast I didn't do any enemas and it was so brutal without the enemas, however, once I started doing enemas during the water fast it was actually very easy and was working full-time also so I could have done the one I did that was 14 days I could have kept going but I was starting to become cognitively not as sharp, even though many people say they become more intelligent and quicker I was starting to get a little spaced out towards the 10th day and on in and I felt a little weaker, but I know from doing so much research that people can go 30 days without eating and in this time of chaos everyone's worried that if if there's a complete collapse how are they going to be able to pick out on 3000 calories a day and I just laughed because you can survive for years on just five hundred or a thousand calories a day easily look at the Jews in the concentration camps only eating about 500 calories a day for years and years and yes they were emaciated but she can survive so I'm not worried about once this collapse happens.
      The key is to just run experiments on yourself and your own body if a person feels amazing both not only in the body but in the mind then they've got the correct diet I personally never felt amazing on only plants so just that small amount of animal protein Weatherby a small amount of insects a small amount of fish is small amount of oysters I think changes the whole game and if there could ever be a movement where it's 90% plant-based I think the bat movement would flourish but so far we've really only got two major movements and that's basically carnivore extreme High meat and then on the opposite side is the vegan movement which I really don't want to get into the ethics right now of that. For now I'm just trying to focus on the optimal diet and I think it's going to be a little bit different for each person depending on their heritage. OK going to watch that video right now

    I know so many people probably give their opinion all the time but I want to say first, you are incredibly beautiful like an angel. Obviously the fruit and vegetables are working for you....now based on what I see though from all your videos...it does not seem you have enough legumes, grains, nuts and seeds. You are a raw vegan yes...that is phenomenal but...at least add nuts and see what happens with you. Some walnuts, almonds, and pistachios. Would be awesome to see a day you enjoy some quinoa, amaranth, millet...something like that. I think it will be incredible. Have some nori seaweed or kelp too for good measure...might be better than iodine supplementation....and as we all know and you already posted...oral supplementation of methylcobalamin is an essential. But just try. It is good to have all these great foods if you are vegan. Who is meant to eat all these nuts, grains and seeds from God and the Earth. Enjoy some :) May you always stay beautiful and wonderful with optimum health.

I used to also eat quinoa, amaranth and millet (yum!), but when I went 100% raw vegan, I noticed my health and digestion improve more. I actually eat nori and kelp almost daily 😍 I love them! So hopefully that does help 🙏🏻 Thanks again for your insight 💕✨

      This myth has been circulating a lot recently. The premise is that since certain greens are high in something called calcium oxalate, and since the most common type of kidney stones are made of calcium oxalate, then if you eat too much greens, you will get kidney stones. This may sound logical, but this is not the way the body works.
      First of all, the most common cause of calcium oxalate kidney stones are dehydration and consuming high amounts of meat. In fact, diets that are high in high fiber vegetables have been shown to decrease the risk of getting kidney stones.

    Great video, I relate so much to your experience (I have a history of cfs). I detox massively on mono fruits (especially grapes) but eating this way over an extended period can create imbalance and massive cravings. I also feel so wired on grapes!! more grounded on the denser fruits with some greens...wondering what you think about baby spinach and the oxalic acid creating kidney stones? (think I may have an issue there, I eat about a bag most days.) Also wondering whether you have any thoughts on the covid vaccine. I have an extremely high viral load and have reacted very very badly to vaccines in the past. I don't want to take it but it is looking increasingly likely that non vaccinated individuals will be restricted in every day life (vaccine 'passports' being developed here in the Uk with possibility for all kinds of use. it is appalling that we are coerced this way!) wonder what your feelings are on this?

Scary times with the vaccine...it has just been announced here in the UK that international travel will only be allowed with a vaccine passport, and talk of it's use for pubs, theatres, cinemas etc etc. But like you I just don't think I can get it, it feels totally wrong for my body (plus past experience) and it is so wrong that we are being coerced. It was more the herbs and protocol that just felt way too harsh for my unique body. I guess we all respond differently depending where we are at on our health journey.

I'm asking this tho not to say you did sth wrong or not im just thinking about the whole picture of 'health' and what is the true base of it, apart from mind which I believe is actually the cause and can heal or make as sick in it of itself ~ i mean it is not a secret now anymore that our thoughts literally create our experience, ~ but from purely physical point of view. these two paths are, in the way I see it, not far away from one another as both more or less focus on fruits raw veggies (or some cooked) creating as little obstruction in the body and helping to remove the ones that are there so that all the channel are clear from blockages, supporting the elimination system, cleansing the colon making the body efficient in assimilating nutrients from again whole foods, and so on and doing so either with help of herbs or as ~ mm using some supplements or 'superfoods' but in my opinion dr Morse is actually going even beyond that as nothing 'external' or 'super' is needed just pure natural plants and whole foods ~ mostly fruits
      However that actually might be the case that for most of us in this todays world growing up with so so so much toxicity from everywhere his protocols (tho i internally kind of feel might actually be solution) might be way too harsh and it might take ages to fully truly detox from all that years and leaving the body weaker and weaker so some other approaches might be actually way healing !
      Anyway hope I didn't talk too much ! :) this is very interesting to observe others journeys and my own experience all the 'trends' movements and ways of healing.
      I wanted to also ask you one thing more, did you start introducing some cooked foods as well ? as i know mm also shares them or since you started this healing journey 8 or so years ago you haven't eaten cooked foods? xxx

      I popped my food for this day in to cronometer and it shows I meet all my fat, protein and carbohydrate needs. It also shows I eat more than I need to for my personal height and weight :)

      Kale contains plenty of protein if you eat enough of it. People can also get some protein from chia seeds which are a great source of omega 3 fatty acids.

      You’re welcome ☺️ thanks for watching! Cashews and peanuts are actually legumes. I personally choose to not eat them. At this time on my healing journey, the only fats I consume are avocado and coconut, as they are the easiest to digest. Nuts and seeds can be a healthy part of ones diet if they are eaten sparingly and prepared properly: soaked and activated. I hope this helps 🙂

    your nutrition is so healthy you don't need any detox... why would you want to detox?
    there are some toxins which are essential for life as a human being - like oxygen
    if you are consuming drugs like opioids, benzos, or whatever then there was some need to detox...
    try to get different nutrients as much as possible, diverse not excessive, and your body will take up what he needs...
    detox is pure nonsense for ordinary (this is especially true for vegans) lifestyle, try to get your dose of (healthy) fats, proteins, vitamins (B 12), Iron and trace elements.
    Probably the most problematic element is iron, since both iron deficiency and overdose have huge impacts on health condition - both lead to mental health issues.

      I popped my food for this day in to cronometer and it shows I meet all my fat, protein and carbohydrate needs. It also shows I eat more than I need to for my personal height and weight :)

    This eating plan is not enough nutrients. Ginger tea, dates and cucumber for lunch? Are you kidding me? You are ruining your health and all your followers health.

      Ginger tea, dates, cucumbers, greens and bananas for lunch... you left out a couple of things 🤔 that adds up to approximately 550 calories. Do you believe that’s not enough food for a meal for someone of my weight and height?

    I know you’ve been at this a long time Olivia, but you still seem a bit confused to me. The inescapable fact is that you are not an herbivore, so large amounts of greens are not what you’re designed for. You are a frugivore, like all humans and designed to eat mostly fresh fruit with some tender leafy greens. If you’ll stick with that, you will get better, including your brain fog and fatigue. You really don’t need some special system or guru or book to do this. And I find the whole detox debate to be getting somewhat absurd. The fact is that our bodies are literally detoxifying all the time or we would die. Eating a low fat hi fruit raw vegan diet simply makes it easier for them to do so. I sometimes think that the profound truths about diet and health are so simple that people seem to want to complicate them.

      People don’t need to eat meat. Meat and dairy also are a direct source of arachidonic acid and other omega-6 fatty acids which create inflammation in the body. The more meat and dairy you consume, the more inflammation you create. People have 40x more omega 6 vs omegas 3 (which is anti inflammation) in the bodies because of animal products. You can actually measure how much omega 6s someone has. And one person I know was following a paleo diet and she has joint pain and psoriasis kept getting worse. Her omega 6 ration was 40x compared to omega 3s. So much inflammation. And she also
      Developed food sensitivities. And what triggers food sensitivities? Is dairy. It activities your immune system not a good way. Greens have some omega 3s and chia seeds (which are great fats that become part of your healthy immune cells). Avocados are also great because they are not supposed inflammatory compared to nuts. Avocados are omega 9 source. I studies cellular biology for 10 years and when you learn the science and apply it, you will be amazed how great you will feel without animal products.
