Thanks for sharing. I like to leave a pack of dates in my van just incase there's nothing healthy available on the road. Ripe bananas are also an easy meal for us lazier folk 😅
Lately I've been buying pre cooked vacuum sealed beetroots from Woolworths as a healthyish lazy snack. Oh and frozen durian packs are like healthy travel icecreams
Dates and bananas are the best, and make the best travel food 😍 I have yet to try durian… I’ve heard frozen durian is amazing! Lucky you 🥰

I love raw vegan living. I also use daily bulb enemas for colon cleansing.
Heyy I’m think of restarting this whole lifestyle again giving it a try and healing my body however my digestion as of now is really poor and so much is going on with my gut that I don’t know how to first get rid of this excessive bloating and processed food weight..
That’s great that you’re thinking of beginning to eat healthy again 👏🏻 I believe that once you start focusing on eating fresh whole plant foods and making nourishing choices for your body, the gut issues will naturally start to subside. The only way to eliminate bloating from processed food, is to stop eating those foods and allow your gut to heal 🙏🏻🦋
it's better use blender btw for rolls make some sauce from avocado and make smaller cuts so it looks like a normal size of the rolls )

hi olivia:) are you health coaching? what are you doing now? i've been struggling with the diet confusion. i was given an elimination diet to do.. but i've been reading about raw veganism and see a lot of contradictory opinions, people who thrive and people who were damaged apparently. did you ever get the kidney filtration dr morse talked about?
Hello! No I'm not doing health coaching at the moment. Yeah, diets can be so confusing. The raw vegan diet can be very beneficial if you do it correctly: lots of leafy greens, vegetables, fruit and not too much fat. I tried all types of fasting for kidney filtration, but never seemed to achieve it... although I didn't check too often.
@@OliviaBudgen are you doing better now? I know I have gut healing to do, and dysbiosis. but I did have a positive igenex lyme test long ago, took doxy for 3 months… with an llmd then stopped as I felt no different. now of course wondering if I can heal naturally, or do I *need* types of antibiotics? some speak of focusing on the microbiome and healing naturally, what do you think
do you have a job you do at the moment or you mainly work for yourself, do you still deliver juices? :) I feel like it’s so hard to work when trying to heal and I really just want a remote job.

Erm.... protein and fats?...... where did you leave them? That’s just fruit, nothing much. It’s basically what I sometimes eat for breakfast only.
Did you know there are proteins and fats in fruits and leafy greens? I had avocado for dinner also. I’m glad you found what works for you, and this is what works for me ☺️
I wonder what happend to you, no more videos ? I hope not but maybe you not feel too well because of your diet.
I have a lot of different things I’m doing, so juggling it all is kind of tricky sometimes. I definitely have plans to make more videos though 😊
