    I'm so happy you are getting into the deep, dark mineral rich juices - don't they make you feel soooo amazing!! Took me a while to enjoy them without any sweetness but now i love them!! Also that tahini dressing at the end - you know how proud that made me hehe 🙌🏽 ❤️

    Hi Olivia, love the vids! Eating to live and only an amount that satisfies you is very wise. I too thrive from drinking fresh squeezed juices throughout the day, having some fruit and one meal in the evening, never felt better!! Keep up the inspiration! ❤️

    Ok I just glanced at comments as I usually do and I CANNOT believe what people comment. Its so obvious that theyre sad about themselves they have to justify their lives by critizing someone different. I try not to get worked up about this stuff but I cant believe how ignorant people r. Anyway just wanted to outweigh the stupid comments with one saying ur awesome. 😘

      Leesa Bee with a due respect u don't know what anorexia is and shouldn't throw the word out so lightly. It deminishes the suffering of people who r stuggling with the illness. U also shouldnt seek out videos of people u disagree with. Its a waste of everyones time.

      I didn't seek out this video - it came up as a suggestion and so I watched it to see what advice and tips Olivia had to offer. Again with all due respect, I'm not sure how you know that I don't know what Anorexia is? Either way - agree to disagree I guess. No matter what we all say to each other, or how we all agree or disagree, her eating disorder still remains & there is nothing any of us can do about it - she needs to help herself. All the best x

    Have you done research on anti-nutrients in plants, especially in raw plants? Phytates, Oxalates, Lectins, salicylates, goitrogens, nightshades.

    Yum that San Choy Bow recipe looked delicious! Your skin is absolutely glowing! Are you wearing makeup in this video? Beautiful! Also do you have any tips on being raw during the cooler winter Months? I get so cold easily and I find I need warming foods in Winter.. This will be my first winter being raw!

      Olivia Budgen thank you! ☺️🌻 Cravig cooked foods on the colder days but reminding myself cravings are usually emotions. What makeup do you wear? I don’t usually wear makeup but I am trying to look for a nice organic vegan makeup that looks natural on the days I do want to wear it!

    Hi oliva- Just wondering your first little glass of juice when you were opening the parcel, was that considered your fast breaking meal at 12pm? So if that's one meal then another meal is a green juice then the lettuce wraps. Is that the three ? Just trying to understand and if you could clarify. Thank you so much! Xx

      Hi Gracie, I don't generally like to say that I have 3 meals per day, because each day changes depending on how I'm feeling. Some days I'll snack throughout the day, some days I'll have 2 meals, and some days I'll have 3. I try to listen to how my body is feeling :) but yes in this video I broke my fast with a small green juice, and had my last meal around 7pm xx

    Omg ive started working with essential oils and i swear they are amazing ive been using them in my food making pasta sauces and even putting them in my diffuser! If you dont use oils i swear youd loved them even for your body and diffsuer and on your skin cause i know your raw but Doterra are amazing!

    All you had was juice and a small pineapple until dinner?! You should use cronometer to track your nutrition because you are very likely deficient in many nutrients if this a typical day of eating.

      Hi Becky! I've come to a place in my wellness journey where I simply like to tune in and listen to my body 😌 I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. This is what is working for me at this point in time. Thanks for your concern though x

      Completely agree with you! As a raw vegan she should/could be consuming far more calories & is quite clearly lacking nutrients. I find this kind of Youtubing extremely irresponsible!

      PLEASE ! There are jung girls outside watching you !
      I'm 55 now and a rawfoodist too, and i'm secure now, my anorexic time is 40 years ago.
      But for sure, if i had seen your video in my teens, it could have been the start for my anorexic journey.
      I have known douzends if anorexic gurls and i know very well , how this sickness works.
      The rule is : NEVER post an food journey UNDER 2000 calories in the internet. NEVER.
      When you post some "what i ate in a day", make sure, you have 2000-3000 calories in it.
      When you have the need, ti have an undercalorific day like this one, do it but please, KEEP IT FOR YOURSELF !
      Everything else is destructive and irresponsible.
      on don't mean, it is your fault, becais maybe you didn't think about it.
      But please, be responsible ind don't do it anymore!
      it is really dangerous for others.
      (And please don't recommence and say " Please, it is my choice, don't do it at home, because you need more food, than that", it DOESN'T WORK.
      Your fans will allways try to imitate you.

    Hello Olivia! I just calculated your BMI and it says that you need to gain 5 pounda to be healthy but rest you are on a healthy side! PS. I love your videos so so much!! 😚😚

      Safia Sadiq I'm glad you enjoy my videos 😊 I don't subscribe to the BMI calculator. I don't use numbers to determine my health and what I should look like. It can be used as an approximate foundational tool in some cases, but ultimately I tune in and listen to my own intuition and body 😌

      But i din't show it in internet.
      When you have a youtube channel, you have learn, how to count, to make sure, you don't show dangerous things.
      To show small amounts of calories in a day is a very dangerous thing for MIST of the young viewers.
      Underweight from anorexie is the psychic disorder, wich kills the most people.
      More than suicides by depressive people do.

      Well, i say something nice, and it is stil not ok for you .

      I have gone exactly the same path, than her in the past.
      Same sickness, same size, same diet, same recovering, same everything. I'm over 50 now and have a few regrets, to have spent to much time thinking about nutrition.
      Yes, i felt healthy and felt like it was the best thing, i could do, but now i'm not so sure, it was always the ideal way to go.

    all these people comenting you need more nutrition but they dont undestand feeling of empty stomach and amazing sleep we have :D i fast 20 hours a day its best thing idc about weight on nutrition she get much with this than anyone who is eating 5 times a day cocked procesed garbage with dead bread or animals in worst case.Fasting and minimalisam is key for health and iner and outer wealth

      wel when you juice fast and dry fast it become totaly clear our body heal us but people go on stufing garbage and then cry when they got sick... cause and efect its simple as that in fact today i finsihed my 18 day juice fasting and eat cocked because we prepared vegan meals for homles and i eat a bit i know i ended fast in very bad way but oh boy my body was dehidrated than eat 1 kg oranges and felt beter but i prefer empty always hydrated way of feeling in my body and from tomorow i wil just continiue to eat fruits and dry fast 20 hours

      Hiw do you know, people, who write, she isn't eating enough calories are eating garbage ? I have been raw vegan more than 10 years and i'm now still to 80% raw vegan.
      But i know how dangerous it is tho show daily menus whis less, than 2000 calories in the internet !
      For sure, she can do it for her self, but she isn'tt alone here, a lot of young girls are watching and loving her, she is responsible for them now.
      That's why she have to count the calories and only show a journey when a day have enough calories (enough calories to make it every day like this for the long term.
      This should be the rule for youtubers.

      Why "her lack of energy" ? You don't know of she feels tired or not ! If she has string muscles or strong, if she feels hungry or not ! Some days i don't eat much and i allways run all the stairs up, all day, when i have to, because i feel to much energy ! And other people walk vey slowly on the stairs, that i think, food isn't all ! 5But i wouldn't post it in the internet)

      She has to make sure, she doesn't become underweight !
      Otherwise, to see her on the internet and to see many days shown with less, than 2000 calories can be dangerous.
      Because som girls can try to imitate her.

      Sabine Boury my mum is a dietician and when i showed her this video she was shocked at how little olivia ate and said she was at severe risk of deficiencies
      so it is not just people being judgemental but medical professionals who can see Olivia is not well

      Yes, it can be right. But the biggest problem isn't Olivia : she is an adult and has a lot of experience with food and nutrition.
      So, even when she is maybe stil a little bit anorexic or orthorexic or eat ti lotle calories for her very good health (hormons etc.), she can change it aesily, when she find out, ot isn't the best way.
      The biggest problem are the young users, wich are younger, than her and will try to imitate her to look like her.
      That is concerning.
      Well, i hope, they aren't too manys. (Sorry for my frenglish).

      She clearly has orthorexia and can't see anymore how emaciated she is.

      Well, it is a little bit the case, i think, but she isn't in danger, she stil looks good ans seems to be strong.
      She have the potential to have a better shape, than now (a little more volume) and i think more force as well, but i don't see it so critical. Maybe it ill come later. She is still very young.
