    Ok so you only had an Acai bowl, a juice and a salad? A child would eat more than that! I really don't think you are being honest with yourself, or the people who follow your social media accounts. I have seen comments on your instagram and on here with people generally concerned about your weight and the amount you eat. You disregard the whole calories thing and tell people not to count calories and eat intuitively but I generally believe that you are purposely restricting your calories. A long term raw vegan would actually eat more over time, not less. And also all the other raw vegan foodies have always shared how many calories they are eating etc. What is their to hide anyway? I know some people who have a large following don't like sharing everything with their followers, but it always seems your hiding some parts of yourself and your life and make it seem 'picture perfect'. I think you need to start being more real with your followers.

      Amber Saul I have never told anyone not to count calories. In my calories video I've said that counting calories can definitely serve a purpose in someone's health journey, but I don't feel like it serves me anymore. I don't have anything to hide... I'm always honest about the fact that I don't know how many calories I eat. I want to share what I'm passionate about and what resonates with me, and that's not numbers and calories. I'm not going to let other people's opinions dictate my journey. I'm going to continue listening to my intuition and following my heart 😌 I hope you can respect that.

      Olivia Budgen I loved this video so much, the açai bowl looked to die for, it was a super generous portion size, looked so natural and healthy. Your skin looks beautiful and glowing and you obviously are reaping the rewards of a fabulous diet.
      Amber, I really don’t think it’s your place to comment on what she should do? If you don’t like her lack of calorie counting, simply don’t watch her videos? She looks perfectly healthy and fantastic. There is no negative messages in her videos, nothing indicating she is trying to encourage anyone to eat less than they should, so how is she affecting anyone?

      some people just don't need to eat as much...my friend told me i was too skinny when i was detoxing and classing and i felt really good and bc of that i ate tons of crap and cookies and now i have to loose 10 pounds...whats his name...raw healing mastery only eats one large salad a day...so does dr robert cassar he eats once a day with lots of liquids....she looks healthy...her arm looked normal....but in the newest video your legs look very very skinny....she looks vibrant though and clean... but if your legs are that skinny maybe you need to hop on a bike and eat more hemp seeds... i dunno...im not into salads like that...i only like a vegan caesar with crutons and mushroom bacon air dried omg from by chloes. holy crap its so yummy. i like plain salad with balsamic and oil with PIZZA hahahah. you can't have a raw pizza sorry.

    When you first started eating raw did you have any issues with bloating and gas?

      veggiemom2000 yes for sure 😮 my body definitely took time to detox and get used to the high fibre fruits and veggies. But over time my body has healed a lot and it's so much better 🙂 food combining is very important to practice to help with this.

    Maybe a good video topic -I notice you juice fruit everyday, does adding more calories (100-300 I’m supposing) from fruit juice in with greens make you less hungry later at meal times?
    Also if someone just started doing that, juicing in fruit to there green juices, not changing anything else (Except likly calories increased from fruit juice?), still raw low-fat, would that cause a shift in weight or digestion/elimination or blood sugars high and crashes etc?

      Aly W. I definitely find juicing fruit makes me less hungry. It makes sense as fruit has way more calories than greens. In regards to how fruit juice effects digestion and blood sugar levels, that would depend on the individuals body and health.

      Tomas Shortland hello 🙏🏻 the base is 2 frozen acai packets, 2 frozen bananas, and 1/2 cup of blueberries. No chocolate 🙂 but you could add some if you like. I'm so glad I inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle!

      Em hello 😊 it depends what type of store bought juices you're speaking off... if they are cold pressed, organic and freshly made - they are the best. Otherwise pasteurised juice is okay if it doesn't have any additives. Bare in mind those are not raw and living though.

    Love these (and all of your) recipes! My grocery store does not sell frozen acai. However, I do have some acai powder. Would that work, and if so how much would I put into the recipe?

    On food combination; I've heard that you want to avoid water 30 minutes before and maybe for two hours after. This sound ok. but if i want to make a smotthy or mint water or carrot water. would this not be digested the same if their is a lot of water in my blend? Its like making nut milk. sometimes I may use a nug bag or not. It may be mostly water though. :)

    Hi! I comment often in your videos but I have a question, it is a little personal but do you get your period? Like on a Raw Vegan Diet?

      Olivia is highly unlikely to have her period. Not enough fat in her diet. She is very underweight at 42kg .

      i dont think she does. I saw her comment on someone/s channel that it seems like she doesn't have it. I think it is due to the fact that she is eating so low calories and low fat. Some raw foodies say as long as someone is ovulating not getting your period is fine. But honestly if you ask any plant based doctor I believe they would tell you otherwise. Not having your periods is dangerous and can cause osteoporosis.

      Jennifer Schaffer not sure 🙂 I don't count calories anymore. I prefer to tune in and listen to my body.

      probably about 1000 calories. Women should be getting at least 2000 calories a day.

      moon child..... you know it is not healthy to eat just 1000 calories a day when you have a lifestyle like Olivia's. She is pretty active and needs more calories than what she is getting!!!! Ask any dietician.....

    wheres the granola in that acai bowl? come on...thats just frozen ice! i wouldn't eat that its too cold and theres nothing on it but some coconut flakes! you can do like a raw almond flour brittle...pistachios....its too clean. i couldn't eat two spoons of that its just sugar.
