Need a lot more content on this. I’m trying to make that next big leap right now. It’s not so clear cut and I know the steps I took to get to this level of success won’t get me to the next level.
Focus on having high margins for your services so that you can afford to hire others to create the deliverables. This will give you the time necessary to grow the business. All the best.
Hey mate just a question. I’m doing a business degree and have offers from pwc and Deloitte. I want to start a marketing agency in the future working with multi national brands on AR/VR marketing campaigns. Should I start in a consultancy doing marketing or go down the agency path to begin with. My main goal is to build report with marketing managers of these brands so when I start they know who to go to.
The best thing is to learn all you can in one of the consulting companies. You will get exposure to multiple opportunities and learn processes that you can use when you start your own company. You may find that one of those opportunities leads you down a far better path than anything you can imagine now.
Hey Tim, I want to do cold outreach to people about my CRO services. By looking at the store I find CRO killers. I can reach to them and say hey you are not doing CRO I can increase your conversion rate And I will take fees if I'm able to increase the conversion rate. My question is that, should I create a website or Fiverr or Upwork account to gather reviews and other things. should I start creating case studies and blogs on a website?
Do you have case studies already? If so, you should have them on your site. I would focus on creating CRO content on LinkedIn or Twitter instead of blogging to get the most reach. I prefer LI because I can find my target market easily and connect with them. They see my content and then I DM those who engage on my posts. You can also put your case studies on your LI profile and in posts to build your credibility. Hope that helps.

Took time off from creating content to dive deeper into my work this year. Planning on changing up the format for 2023.
