      But I would say avoid mass gainer kyunk3 waste of money hai kyunke jab tak loge tab tak hi weight Barhega jab choroge to weight ghat jaayega
      Isse better hai ki apne diet me foods ki quantity barhao aap
      aap
      nuts add karo
      Oats ko barhao
      Banana add karo
      Etc

    Shuruwat me teji se badhega weight but ek time ke baad constant rahega weight gain bcox aapki maintrnance calories jo pehle lets say 2000 cal thi woh ab 3000 ho chuki hogi isliye aapko apni diet me aur calories leni hogi.

    Bro itna gada consume nhi karna chaiye kyuki digest nhi hota acche se isliye gut prblm hoti hai fir so my advice is All good but bnana 1 dalo or oats 80gm thoda Pani 2 hour ke gap may consume kr skte ho
