Important: over consumption of dairy product (such as milk) can cause acne issues!! Many of you don't know this!

@@DailyVIVID the best way to gain/loose weight is by doing experiment wid ur body!
I) First , fix your time to eat. Like you have to have ur breakfast in between 7-8am, then comes another meal and then the other one... And so on!!
2) Notice if you are gaining weight with this routine, if not, then add two-three meals extra to your routine so to consume some more calories
3) Another reason that you are not gaining weight could be "burning more, consuming less" or "burning and consuming in equal amount". So you all know what to do, just consume more and burn less!
Manoj, consuming req amount of milk product(or someother kinda dairy product) is necessary as milk product contains protein, minerals, carbs etc!

Some other best choices available ; sweet potato, Banana, dal-chawal-sabji-roti with salad(70-100gm dal & 250-300gm chawal) (my persnl fav as I use to eat this thrice a day during gain time), peanut butter, soya beens, add some almonds if you can, oats, eggs, chicken, mutton.
Choose accordingly (as per ur budget like i do) and you can also mix some of the items that I've suggested so to consume less in amount but more in calories.

Edit: "Donot eat STRESS" , throw off the useless person. Always notice yourself in 2-3 months like your weight, skin, etc and accordingly edit your routine to stay in shape.

Guys for beginners do not take this shake to gain weight. I made a 700 cal shake consisting of -
6 almonds crushed
20 gm oats crushed
200 ml milk
50ml water
1 spoon peanut butter
1 banana
After taking this I vomitted whole day and I thought it's my first tym that's why it's happening but I took it for 3 days and it was like hell.
I would advice to take it in less quantity start with making 400 calorie shake and them start increasing it by 100 calories per week, it worked for me.
My height is 5'6" Weight 56 kg. Earlier I weighed 48kg so. Gained 8kg in 4 months, I am in my transformation stage.
