She was telling a common example that if you ate breakfast at 9AM and then eat dinner at 9:00PM doesn't mean she is conveying to eat at 9PM. I am doing intermittent fasting I started eating breakfast between 9:00- 10:00AM and have my last meal between 7:00-8:00PM I try to do 13-14 hours Intermittent fasting and I am eating everything from sugar to white rice to fried food but in limited quantity and I have lots almost 2kg in 1 month, I wanted to lose weight in normal way without getting myself into some hard weight loss plan, Because I am a vegetarian doesn't consume any kind of meat other than diary product I could only manage 70-80% of protein intake but I am definitely getting myself how to do it.
@@souveekroy4514 Well yes I was also one of the late night eaters, I study till late night feel like having something, I never have been Maggie girl I always preferred sweets, but I controlled myself, Whenever I feel like eating during my fasting window I remind myself why I am doing this, other than that during my eating window I take everything in moderation, like I had two Manchurian balls and 1/4 plate of chowmin, but yes to take it out I work out as well, I like junk foods but I have controlled myself from last 1 and half months, had junk only thrice which was one samosa, once three steamed momo, and yesterday chowmin between this period, but the day I eat those I work out for more fifteen minutes to maintain those calories.
@@souveekroy4514 yes there is I was 84 kgs in mid of of August but now I am 81.10 kgs which is like a great achievement for me, I feel like I don't do exaggerate things but yet I am losing.. which is the best thing,
Tks sir ji sharing and showing ,making such valuable informative videos. One thing I suggest you should show atleast 20 min program so we can get more sufficient and stick to one place of videos. So many youtuber making so much videos but they r totally commercial based videos and that is not good for our innocent, uneducated people atlast they will come to problem then they go hospital.
