ShopSabre CNC plasma table is down and out.

The Shopsabre CNC plasma table had a few issues a little while back but not to worry. Just a small issue with the bearing on the track more than likely operator error! It's all good now and further issues to speak of. Got to give it to Shopsabre, they make a fantastic product.

Jr… surely running on a tripod of bearings had to affect performance? If not, that suspension is stout as a tank!

table looks rough you need a new one I will take the old one LOL .. if you do lock tight make sure you use the stuff you can break loose ,, other stuff they have you need to heat with a torch ,, nice easy fix like that .. need to save some $$ so I can get a table .. not for sign work building projects around the farm ..

So what about the bearing you said was locked up? Do you have to clean those rails a lot and how often do you grease them. I am just about to fire mine up for the first time.

It's got a grease fitting on each bearing and the rails are pretty much self cleaning I just watch for big debris on them. Good luck!

Put some loctite on those screws! Or else you will have to keep an eye on them.
