And do we absolutely need this specific vacuum machine model ? Or there are vacuum machines that allow sublimation on pbt Keycaps for less?
Currently this model 90% keycaps printing company using in China.
Hey what do you mean by doing on 5 sides at the end? Does it mean, each phase of the keycaps is sublimated ? does it not create irregular patterns?

Do you do single orders? And what keycap profiles do you support? Possibly Low Profile keycaps? Or DSA?

Sublimation printing need accurate temperature and big pressure, so other options can’t work well

For example I want to put whole picture on my whole keyboard. How do I convert the original design on original template to template that I can print and that will fit the tray in the machine?
We have jig pdf template for you , and you use Adobe illustrator to open it , then you insert your design is ok

Dye sublimation need pressure and heat , so need both
