    Tabata Songs creates music that matches the exact timing of the Tabata Protocol.
    What is the Tabata Protocol? Twenty seconds of sprint/work, ten second rest, for four straight minutes. Tabata music lets you focus on your workout, rather than think about having to look at your watch or a timer.
    Tabata Training began in the mid 1990's. Japanese fitness researcher Dr Izumi Tabata created a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout, using this very method. Dr Tabata proved the tabata method to draw heavily from both the aerobic and anaerobic systems, unlike most conventional workouts, which tend heavily favor one or the other.
    The Tabata Interval has gained a lot of recognition throughout the Crossfit community, running community, and health clubs across the globe, for its versatility, adaptability, and positive results.
    The Tabata Interval Method has proven to maximize VO2 max, while also building endurance, burning fat, and retaining muscle. Though the Tabata was not designed as a fat loss or weight loss program, it has gained a lot of recent attention in response to tabatas ability to speed up the metabolism and burn fat.
    Aleksey Torokhtiy is a Ukrainian weightlifter, Olympic champion in weightlifting (London, 2012), winner of European and world championships, participant of the Olympic Games (Beijing (2008) and London (2012), Merited Master of Sport, Vice-President of Weightlifting Federation of Ukraine. Post-graduate student of the Kharkiv Aviation Institute. Deputy head of the NOC athletes’ commission.

      You sound ignorant and braindead. He is a trained Olympic Champion athlete performing Mostly Olympic weightlifting movements. Put any well trained crossfitter or advanced crossfitter in tabata workouts they are much more well rounded and are much more impressive given their weight to power output with the amount of physical stress is being exerted. As you can see in this video he is physically exhausted and winded (doing high weight at low rep range *considering how strong he is) Crossfitters would be "ok whats next"

      Chris at the difference, he’s showing perfect form when Crossshitters are winging it and consider okay as long as the weight goes up...And they don’t load the bar like this guy does. They would be 135 for Everything except for the DL where they would go 225 and maybe 315 but with bad form...And his Deadlift is a Clean Pull not a conventional DL...And he reset every time instead of a Touch and Go that you see in CF to use the bounce to ease the first pull. CF has more Conditioning but in terms of WL, they are non even close.

    I get that he was fatigued, but how do you do a 315lb OHS for 7 reps without racking, and include in the same workout 315 lb *deadlift* for 5?
    Those deadlifts must be like 40% 1rm if he can turn around and OHS the same weight for more reps.

    Seeing a lot of this Tabata CrossFit exercises 🤔 Hopefully people understand these are elite level athletes with perfect form and little to no muscular weaknesses making their chances of injury during these movements very low. But bet there are some cranking these out that are on their way to a ruptured disc/torn rotator. Just be careful 👍

    Está claro que no sabeis de que va el protocolo tabata , es imposible hacer un tabata con esas cargas submáximas,y el tabata en si no está diseñado para realizarlo con cargas,eso es un trabajo de 8 intervalos con 20" trabajo y 10" descanso y Aleksey es muy muy muy fuerte,pero que esto no es un tabata creo que es evidente.

    • @eloidefrancisco9326
      @eloidefrancisco9326 7 лет назад +2

      ALEXEI MARTINOV Es evidente que SI que es un tabata. Él realiza 8 ejercicios durante 0:20' de trabajo y 0:10' de descanso. Es lógico que solo él pueda realizarlo con estas cargas, pero este entrenamiento es tabata puro y duro.

    • @alexeimartinov9949
      @alexeimartinov9949 7 лет назад

      Eloi de Francisco Mirate lo que es un tabata y lo que busca ese protocolo , que hagas 20 segundos y 10 de descanso no tiene porque ser tabata , son eso.. 8 intervalos de 20segundos y 10 de descanso.Si yo me cuelgo de una barra 20 segundos y descanso 10 tb estoy haciendo un tabata? jajajaja vaya tela

    • @eloidefrancisco9326
      @eloidefrancisco9326 7 лет назад +1

      ALEXEI MARTINOV Exacto, si para ti colgarte de una barra te supone trabajo, pues estas haciendo un tabata.

      R Shartoni in olympic weightlifting you mean. And yeh they don't train it directly basically ever. But some do like the Chinese lifters for example, they do alot of extra lifts which includes things like dips for the chest

    so is crossfit still a joke? haters will say yes.

    • @usernameisaname
      @usernameisaname 5 лет назад +1

      CrossFit just gets a bad wrap because shitty gyms breaking lower skilled/strength people andcausing injuries for the sole purpose of getting in those extra reps for time, instead of teaching proper lifting technique and proper programming based on each individual athlete.

      How is that the worst ever? He has perfect technique.

    • @madmaxracing5788
      @madmaxracing5788 7 лет назад +1

      JBR youre not supposed to drop it at the top, to get the full potential out of a dead left the start with the weight on the ground and finish with it on the ground

    • @josh6947
      @josh6947 7 лет назад +44

      If that's what you judge as the requirement for this to be the worst deadlift ever, then you sir are an idiot.

    • @madmaxracing5788
      @madmaxracing5788 7 лет назад

      JBR its harder to hold form when going down on a deadlift than it is to go up, and most the time in a wod deadlifts are touch n go

    • @josh6947
      @josh6947 7 лет назад +15

      So because he dropped the bar at the top that makes him have the worst deadlift ever? The judgement of a good deadlift is the maintenance of back angle, which Aleksey does perfectly. I've seen countless videos of people lifting far less weight that I would classify as the worst ever, not the technique of an acccomplished weightlifter.
