In psychology, mind-reading is also called mentalizing. It’s about understanding what another person is thinking. It’s something we all do - you might even be doing this without realizing it. It’s just a way of understanding other people better, especially if they’re not really saying what they’re thinking.
It’s important to differentiate between reading someone’s mind, and empathy. When we use the term empathy, we are talking about what the other person is feeling. But mind-reading is less about emotions and more about their thoughts. Non-verbal clues can tell you a lot about what a person is really thinking, but not saying.
Researchers have found that women are better at reading minds than men! It’s not clear why, perhaps due to environmental factors, the way children are brought up.

Lol is there really such a thing as mind reading. There isn’t. It’s just reading behavior. There is no way to tell what someone is thinking. However, some behaviors can tell us what someone may be feeling.

#2 what does their appearance and posture sau about them
#3 how are they moving
#4 what is their face telling you
#5 what is the person behavior is telling you
#6 what kind of words are they using
#7 what is the tone of their voice like
#8 what does their presence feel like
#9 what are their eyes telling you

Mainly, go with your gut response. On occasion when I have ignored to do this, it has turned out to be a mistake, and source of regret. No one truly understands another person, they only think they do. The world is a stage, and each must play his, or her, part.

You aren't able to actually read people inner thoughts at all. You are only able to sense a certain type of vibe of engery you receive from a person you come across and on their behavior therefore you come up with ideas that makes sense to you, on why you think you "might" know what their thinking. When in reality you don't know what they truly are thinking.
