Another great video Shawn! I was patiently waiting to see an update of the puppies and see Mocha and the other cuties. The puppies are growing fast and cannot wait to see how many Honey Bee will be having. As always, you are amazing and taking great care of all of those adorable schnauzers!

There are so many things that Shawn briefly mentions about her puppies, during her videos, that bring calmness to family life, in lieu of a bit of morning chaos. One of the most important, at least for me, was for a puppy to be comfortable in a crate. My Charlie is completely happy to sleep in the crate at night, which is right next to my bed, and stay in the crate the entire night without even a whimper. I never have to worry about waking up in the morning to find, in my bare feet, that he has left me little presents on my bedroom floor. This also teaches him how to “hold it“ so that one day he will not have to spend nights in the crate. The important thing is that we are all together at night and can hear each other and smell each other and know each other is safe. Charlie is content, because of Shawn‘s crate training, to jump right in the crate when I say “Time for bed.“
Thank you Shawn. It’s these kinds of things that you just “mention“ in your videos that allow me to start each day with a smile instead of a grimace. I mentally send you blessings every morning when I take Charlie out of the crate and say “Good morning, little boy,” before looking for my house slippers.

What’s the outcome of the last puppy that was sent to the That due to poor sucking? I keep looking and it may be reported somewhere, but I cannot find the outcome reported.
Yes, Joyce, I did share that, sadly, the last puppy that Dazzle gave birth to died at Quakertown Vet Hospital after they did everything they could to save him. Tube feeding a puppy that small is very tricky and not something I trust myself to do so when I realized he was not getting enough food we took him to our vet hoping that they would be able to get him to gain weight. But even after a day of tube feeding he was losing weight and not able to make it. Thank you for caring.
The DNA testing is fascinating and I love to see the results when you test the puppies. It's so amazing the amount of information you learn from DNA testing from what colors puppies they could produce to ensuring they are clear of health issues. Thank you for the update, Shawn.

There is su h good info dropped in these videos! These days i cant financially invest in a purebred pup from a breeder but got a reacue puppy recently. Watching these videos helped me get set up for her and start her so much better and easier than its ever been wirh a pupoy!
My one issue is that I can't close the door to her crate or she just potties in there instead of asking to go out. I'm not sure how to fix that one.
Hi Cristy, I suspect based on what you have shared that your puppy was originally in a crate type environment with a tray under a grate and your puppy learned first to potty in that type set up. Dogs that are raised that way when they are 3 - 8+ weeks old are very difficult to potty train. It will take patience and positive reinforcement. ❤️
