Thanks for another great video update. They are growing fast. Congratulations to all the upcoming new owners of the puppies. Cherish every moment with your new puppy. Shawn provides so much information and knowledge of raising a schnauzer that it will make the new owners great dog parents, and for me when the time comes again. Wherever I went this weekend, I saw dogs and was missing my schnauzer, but this video cheered me up. Good luck to Honey Bee and cannot wait to see that video!

I went all the way to Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK, from Scotland, to get a black baby Miniature Schnauzer boy. Had him with us 6 weeks. He is 15 weeks old. He has taken seizures 5 times within 12 hours yesterday. Bloods came back fine but slightly anaemic. He is UK Kennel Club registered. The vets think it may be liver shunt, as his wee sister seemed to have this and was sadly put to sleep. Please say a prayer for him - my wee Angel, Fernando. Much Love from Scotland, ❤❤ XX ...

@@svccschnauzers Eventually he settled on a business degree, but he is an artist at heart. My mom went to Alabama. The Iron Bowl has always been a family affair 😂.

All the puppies are thriving and are looking great in front of the camera.
Suggestions to identify puppies: cut down some hair from part of a leg, tail, the nail polish (they might lick it… don’t if chemicals are harmful), some food dye in part of hair, writing a letter on belly as you said …a collar (but might be too small or not safe at this age and sizes).

Hi Julie! Yes, Japser is growing and doing great. In the comment above Mary suggested that her puppy (Chance) be the one with the darker face. That would mean yours is the one with more contrasting color in the face. If you have time today, call me and we can FaceTime or I can make you a video to show you both boys that weigh the same amount and we can confirm and then together we can determine how best to "mark" your puppy ❤️

Ok! In the comment from Julie she had a great idea on how to mark her puppy - I proposed to her that you'r will be the darke face one and hers will be the one with more contrast. I invite you to FaceTime with me today and we can look closely at both and mark so it is now clear which one is Chance and which one is Jasper! THANK YOU for being in this with me - what fun!
Good Morning Sunshine Shawn. Loved the video so much and seeing the two pups. Can wait for these two to come home. As far as marking each idea of yours was great. Either way toe nail or tummy mark. I agree, I wouldn’t want the puppies to get mixed up and be looking at the wrong dog during this whole process. So I am sure that you’ve had this quandary before and know that you will pick the best thing that works for you during their time with you. I am sure you have to take into account the washing of their little bodies and the clipping of the nails, so I’m clueless which one would be the best. Anyway, you know what’s best!!! But I do thank you for your kindness and asking us our opinion. Happy Sunday

Are people from Scotland banned from commenting on this channel. I am a long term subscriber. About three times, I have added a comment about my very ill little Mini Schnauzer puppy who I collected from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Three times my comment has been removed. Odd.
Hello Inqusitive, I know nothing about your comments - I did not remove them but perhaps if you are including links to ask for money maybe RUclips did. I wish you all the best with your puppy. Hopefully you got your puppy from a breeder who offers a genetic health guarantee - there are no tests that I am aware of that we as breeders can do to test for liver shunt issues and I am sad this happend to you. Fortunately I have never had that issue but I am aware that some schnauzer blood lines do have these problems. Again I did not remove your comment!! You Tube may have removed your comment if you are asking people to fund you or something like that.
Yes, I did add a Go Fund Me link. Not something I have ever done for anyone or any animal, but my little 15-week's young baby black Miniature Schnauzer boy suddenly suffered 23 seizures from 24th May to 27th May 2024 inclusive. His insurer would not honour my claim. Given that I myself have been long term sick to the point of no longer receiving a pay packet, then I did the Go Fund Me page purely for his benefit to get him diagnosed, tested and treated. The vets had strongly suggested that I put him to sleep. Astonishingly, not one person sent him a donation. I am sorry for adding the link in the comments, but I do not have a RUclips channel or any revenue anywhere, where I have the fortune to make money out of viewers, so I saw absolutely no harm in adding the link to the comments. This was a complete one-off event.
@@inquisitive1911 Hello, again I did not delete your comments. I suspect that is a RUclips thing. I can imagine how challenging this is. I hope this resolves for your dog soon. I recently learned that Calcium Carbonate can help prevent seizures but that may not be anything related to you what your dog is dealing with. Often vets know about options for how to get help with funding and I would suggest that you talk with the breeder of your schnauzer. Sending you healing energy.
