I’ve been doing the an workout you said you did for years. Should I switch to this one?
Really it’s what works with your schedule best. This, specifically I like to do at the end of my bodybuilding training sessions. The other ab workout I do more often after cardio. If you were looking for more structure on when to implement each work out, I recommend giving my training app a look

Yo Merk, what’s your opinion on energy drinks? Such as Celsius
Probably fine in moderation. If you’re taking a good bit of caffeine in from pre-workout and coffee during the rest of the day, I would go for a caffeine free, sugar-free soda instead. if you’re using it as a pre-workout, I think there are better options out there, you want to find something with ingredients like L Citrulline to help promote blood flow as well as things like Taurine for focus
Man I saw you turned 26 last week. I have a question regarding that.. do you have any plans on ways to prolong athleticism? I know at 26 you’re kinda entering your prime, but in the 30’s it starts to decline. Kinda wondering how you plan to trek through that as you get older.
Also, wondering if you have noticed any differences from 21-23 to 26 as far as athleticism, strength, and explosiveness. Thanks man, I’m 24 so will be there soon lol
Advice from a 31 year old :
I have been training for over a decade at this point
The only differences is that you have to take recovery and nutrition more seriously in order preserve what you have. But honestly, as long as your test levels are in check, men don't really start "declining" until mid 40s.
The average joe today starts falling off in his 30s due to poor lifestyle habits. Limit alcohol consumption ( it lowers test more than anything), get sunlight every week, keep your protein intake high, limit too many simple sugars, and drink plenty of water.
Regardless if you stay natural or become enhanced, these are general best practices for men to have longevity.

Great advice above, i’ve definitely noticed myself steadily increase in strength and still be able to put on some size each year since my early 20s.
That recovery portion is huge, I’m noticing I’m seeing more benefits now from putting more time into stretching and mobility work.
As I approach 30, my main focus is to preserve the strength and muscle mass I have while becoming more flexible than ever and building my aerobic capacity to a point higher than it’s been before. I’m hoping increased mobility and cardiovascular capacity will set me up to be the healthiest I’ve ever been and injury free throughout my 30s.

For lifting, the fact that Converse are a flat shoe allows me to have a very stable surface from my feet. This allows me to have more stability when I’m performing almost all of my lifts
