  • நிறைய பேர் என்னிடம் சாப்பாடு சாம்பார் எப்படி செய்வது என்று கேட்டிருந்தீர்கள், உங்களுக்காக இன்று சாம்பார் போடி அரைத்து ஹோட்டல் ஸ்டைலில் செய்துள்ளேன். நீங்களும் செய்து பாருங்களேன்.
    As per your request, today I'm presenting the recipe of Sambar. Lunch Sambar is a South Indian lentil & mix vegetable soup that is eaten along with rice for lunch or dinner. Sambar is an everyday dish that is made in most South Indian Homes.
    Ingredients
    வேகவைத்த துவரம் பருப்பு - 100 GMS
    கேரட், முருங்கைக்காய், பீன்ஸ், கத்திரிக்காய் - தேவையான அளவு
    கடுகு - ¼ TSP
    காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 4
    வெந்தயம் - சிறிதளவு
    சீரகம் - ½ TSP
    கறிவேப்பிலை- தேவையான அளவு
    பூண்டு - 10
    மிளகாய் தூள் - ¾ TSP
    தனியா தூள் - ½ TSP
    உப்பு - தேவையான அளவு
    மஞ்சள் தூள் - சிறிதளவு
    சின்ன வெங்காயம் - 20 to 25
    வெங்காயம் - 1
    தக்காளி - 3
    கொத்தமல்லி - தேவையான அளவு
    புளி - தேவையான அளவு
    சாம்பார் பொடி அரைப்பதற்கு
    கடலை பருப்பு - 1 TSP
    மிளகு - ½ TSP
    தனியா - 1 TSP
    துவரம் பருப்பு - 1 TSP
    காய்ந்த மிளகாய் - 4
    கறிவேப்பிலை- தேவையான அளவு
    வெந்தயம் - சிறிதளவு
    சீரகம் - ½ TSP
    பெருங்காயம் - சிறிதளவு

    sirji..... if I wanted to prepare Sambar powder in large quantities then wat should be the measurement sir . .. say if I want to prepare 1/2 kg at hom....for eg:-

      1 n half spoon fenugreek
      50g Red chilli
      Hand full of curry leaves
      Pinch of perungayam

    Chef I always try different varieties of cooking sambar at home mostly I fusion like adding pumpkin & some times jaggery , coconut to it , but next time I really want to make sure that totally your recipe only and will update you .
    Before that can we use ground nut oil instead of gingelly oil kindly reply
