    Very confusing...inhale thru which nostril and exhale thru which

      Namaste. Nadi Shodana is an alternate nostril breathing technique. You use both nostrils to inhale and exhale alternatively.

    Could someone please explain to me when second breathing starts. Is it alternate nostrils?

      Namaste. Yes it is a type of alternate nostril breathing wherein you hold the breath between the inhalations and exhalations. Hope this helps, thank you.
