    Not gonna lie, this is my first time meditating. I started crying trying to just focus on breath.
    I don’t know what that means but I think it means I’m holding on to too much, and need to let go.

    It would be better if the sencond background music is much more pleasant. It is like going suddently from low freeequency to high freequency. But I really love the voice of the instructor.
