I would Ponder on cultivating the four pebbles, ie., A flower, A mountain, Still water, and Space. In my heart, though I never met him in person, I call him my Master Teacher and Guide in my heart.
Love this simple, yet powerful meditation, however, the ad interruptions disturb the whole process of meditating, concentration.
For me, the ad thankfully came at the end of the meditation only. As well as meditating, I now have an urge for Italian pasta 😅
This is where premium gets worth every dollar
RUclips just puts ads in by themselves, even if the creator doesn’t

Echoing everyone else’s displeasure with the ads. Even when they weren’t playing, I was waiting for the next one to arrive. I probably won’t watch this video again, unless the ads could be limited to play only before the video starts. I wonder if TNH would approve and feel respected if he knew this mediation was being interrupted.
