When you heal yourself you also heal others. Trauma is contagious. I realize my dad must have been hurting himself to be the way he was throughout my childhood. Breaking the cycle is so important ❤

So many of us are hurt and wounded by our parents or caretakers growing up and then grow up with wounds that we may not notice because of how normal it becomes to us. Like the video says, this gets passed down from parents to kids and the cycle continues. Healing is so important ! We must be forgiving because hurt people hurt people even if they don’t want to. You may love someone with all your heart but if you were never taught or exampled a healthy way of loving, that relationship will fail. Whether it’s with your partner, kids, or even friends. When you are not raised in a healthy environment you learn these unhealthy ways of dealing with emotions, communication, and this will 100% affect your life and the way you connect with people and relationships. The video is right, as a child, the smallest things can wound our hearts and then as we get older we take the effects of these wounds with us and it steals our peace and happiness. If you didn’t feel truly loved and supported as a child/teenager growing up then as an adult you must learn to have that love and compassion for yourself and support yourself. This is how you break down the unhealthy hard wall that was built to protect yourself from more hurt and pain. When you have a wall built up, you push away good things, good people and opportunities away without realizing it. Unfortunately for many, we grow up in these toxic homes with a lot of stress and chaos that it’s how we learn to deal with the things and people in our life and it’s sad because we are a result of a toxic environment. Until you become self aware and choose to heal and love yourself and the people that are important to you and you learn to communicate healthier and deal with stress better and be better in general, you will always keep reliving your childhood experiences because it’s what’s normal to you. 🧡 I pray that anyone who watches this video takes the time to heal and take care of their inner child with love and compassion ❤️For me, I’m done… im going to unlearn all the toxic I learned growing up and do whatever it takes to make sure my future partner and kids never experience being in a toxic household like I did. I promise to talk to my kids and partner with love, understanding, compassion and respect. I will get my happy ending and dream of being the best mom and wife I possibly can 🥰

“ …we can begin to heal. We have to reassure the child that even though that fear is real it no longer has any basis we have become an adult we can protect and defend ourselves” Wow. This is so helpful, I was recently told I needed to heal my inner child and this is so helpful to start the process. To acknowledge all the pain and say I understand, I’m sorry and its ok.

Wow. Please allow me to interrupt. I feel Buddhists should know this. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.

Listening to this has made me for the first time, Deal with my inner child, Allowing myself to go back to the most painful memories, And actually letting go, Understanding that my dad was once a child, Not always a monster, Coming to terms with the fact that my mom to had hope's and dreams, That she to went through a traumatic time, Which took the bond of mother and child away, But I can live in the past or embrace the inner child and for once just be okay and even though I'm in a unhappy situation, For the first time I can now take it as lessons learnt and get up and know I as a adult can stop what I've allowed & become a happier and better woman. This was truly a Blessing hearing this

I feel like I’m wounded by my mom. All these feelings of total intolerance for her came after suffering a loss of a family member. The pain was immense. I read that it’s called the dark night of the soul. Something has happened to me since that. Vivid dreams of people hugging me. Watching me, telling me they love me. Also, I can’t tolerate keeping up with certain people anymore. I can’t control it. It’s just happening. And one of those people that I just can’t stand anymore is my mom. All the things she’s done in the past to me are flooding my thoughts. I don’t want to dislike her so much but I do and it doesn’t go away. Im going to try this meditation and see what happens.

All I can say is that I have been practicing meditation for more than a year and at the very beginning meditation is concentrated only on the upright spine, on the cycle of inhalation and exhalation that go the way of the diaphragm and partly the lungs that I stop for 3-4 seconds, totally without breathing. The second part of meditation is the loud expulsion of sound through a wide-open mouth that sounds like: Aaaaaaa a total of 7 times where each refers to a particular chakra. After that, my mouth closes and I enter into total silence. In this silence, I see myself as A child of only a few years, I see my old house, I see how I walk in a dewy meadow with tiny feet, and I see a smile on the face of my grandmother who raised me. I am completely filled with happiness and love and I thank the Creator for His mercy. This is followed by a singing that speaks of LIBERATION from material world!! So, how I came to the realization of myself that I was going back as a child, I don't know, but it really helps. With regard, ROMANA from Croatia!! 🌬️🌀🌌🙏🏻

Forgiveness is also a healing thing I had a friend that went thru this and it made her a very highly sensitive person that often when hurt hid anger till it built up instead of learning to express it. That very bad for our health well she did forgive her parent and also took great care of her when her ma got sick. I told her that once but I think she forgot. We all go thru much of the same things in this life I wish We could see some things more clearly sometimes. Often people seek to punish those that hurt them instead of truly forgive. But as an empath I did learn to read between the lines and I still repeat 💟hoping some day the person out there learn to communicate wth out a wall as I once tried very hard to do. Relax release relate and often wounded people can’t do many thing that would help them heal. Namaste love and light. Letting go of attachment was very hard for me. We all got things to work on.

I started meditating and I'm not constant and I'm working through it, it's a lot of unlearning hahaha it's mind blowing when we realize we don't know much as we thought about the fundamentals of our existence. But I'd like to get my 5year old self involved in the present. I'd like to grow that relationship and ofcourse improve my relationships with others as well. I hope this finds you well

I tried this before I knew about this years ago and now aswell. It has led me to have more compassion for my father. But not enough I don’t think. Not just yet. I do think we will get there. I feel I should heal myself in certain ways first before trying to forgive fully. If he is not ready to forgive himself and to be forgiven then maybe I should heal enough in ways that I don’t need a verbal apology. To a point where I just inner stand that I broke the vicious cycle. And it’s all for my children.

I might not have to heal from traumas but inner child meditations are helping me a lot with embracing my authenticity that I’ve for so many years hidden from society for fear of judgment. Neglecting my inner child has forced me to become more hard on myself and as a result I became very insecure and negative. I’ve been going through healing process since 2021 however it isn’t quite long since I started to work on healing my inner child. Every morning after I wake up and brush my teeth, I start my mediation practice. This is a moment where I focus only on myself, and no one else and nothing else matters. While I meditate I take some time to speak to God and I speak to my inner child and feel it coming out. Ever since I started with this practice I’ve been feeling more carefree and started to do the activities I enjoyed as a kid such as painting, enjoying moments in nature, being adventurous and curious about the world, appreciating cartoons I used to watch as a kid, being smiley and happy, and appreciating people without judging.
Healing is not only about traumas but also about getting back what we’ve lost as we grew up.
I feel so much happy, at peace and full of love now and I wish everyone to find their happiness, peace and embrace themselves 💗 stay blessed everyone 🥰

Thanks so much I had never realized that you have to bring the child to now, was spending a hell a lot of time in pain trying to be by her side and then cuddling her if she appeared in here now and I felt lost again.
I did notice it didn't quite work, I was being so respectful of her pain, I wasn't helping us move beyond... this sounds like a fairy tale I would have loved as a kid. It has been such a helpful vision, even of my father who must been afraid so afraid so little. Thank you. 🙏

I've a shit-loads of inner child's, n parts, as an MKULTRA survivor, just speaking out and waking the next day discovering I've not been murdered is either a blessing or a curse whichever one and or both could or might be optional. What finally impressed me about this man was when a young girl asked what she could do about her anger in regards to.......he mulled her question, he didn't attempt to rescue her, he treated her & her question with equal respect I've seen him give and deliver adults, as I've seen him give those of us who may only be able to listen...but hero worship may only temporarily change my world view, but? Real, mutual respect for now feels ok & ok's not bad.... And it will do for now.

I still cannot forgive them. I’m past this point. I’m past the point of seeing the inner children of people. Now there’s another responsibility, because they still have a choice. Not to repeat their fucking mistakes. I still resent them. Cause they’re still doing the same things. Nobody tell me they didn’t know. I had to learn and do everything on my own. I had to create the power i didn’t have within my own. I had to be FULLYY responsible of myself and my actions. Them not being able to this is not forgivable. It’s not okay. I have suffered So fucking much because of them. And because of all their ancestors.

I remember feeling the pain my mother felt as a 5-year-old child when I was not much older myself. The thing is, I don't think my mother was able to see the small child in me. I believe she saw her own parents in me. So she didn't get the childhood she deserved and neither did I.

The little girl in me yearning to be held by her mother, doing everything to please her but only to hear the searing words of hate. I hold her as she cries and waits for God's arms around her. He sends her the forest animals to heal her and take those awful memories away. I'm grateful to God and his gift to us, his own son and his spirit to live in us.
