What's the exercise with the hands over head and pulling them down again in fists? How do you breath during the movement (when in and when out)? THank you :-)
Namaste. It is called Bhastrika. The inhalation is done when the hands go up, and exhalation when the hands come down. More focus is placed on the exhalation. Hope this helps, thank you.

Breathe of fire isn't for calming the mind as I was trained. The breath is in and out rapidly and its a stimulant
