Thank you Adriene, there is no better well-being coach than you at least for me. You always manage to make me feel better than when I got onto the mat. Love!
I love your videos so much, dear Adriene :) I practice with you on a daily basis :) just one request: I think it is a pitty, when the breathing practice is interrupted by ads... it kind of kills the effect.... is it possible for you to put the ads before / after the video? My heartfelt THANKYOU anyways :-*
This is such a great practice to just connect deeply and restore with deep breathing and balance out the system, I need this regularly, thank you and blessings dear friend.
So simple, yet so effective. I love your outlook and find this breathing technique amazing for anxiety (even when I don't feel much of it) Also, it feels like it gets the oxygen flowing very well
Hey yo, I love Adriene, I love yoga and pranayama, but it would be so nice if ads didn't interrupt the video. Kind of defeats the purpose of meditation. Super annoying. Makes me not want to come back.
Thank you for making yoga videos inspiring people.. To be honest digital pranayama , especially nadi sodhana should not be practiced by beginners (less than 2 years pranayama practice). It is too dangerous and will cause wrong effects. It’s irresponsible to teach this publicly without any preparation of the student or not knowing the student. Also the finger work is completely wrong taught here. I recommend the teacher here to take yoga classes and practice more in order to understand pranayama techniques before teaching them. i think the teacher here also realized herself, as she said in the end of the video “what the hell I just did”.... therefore I highly recommend remove the video and advise audience to take proper yoga classes taught be trained and experienced teachers.
@@ljclark2177 too many to describe here e.g. disturbing nervous system to start with . Anyway it’s not a right forum. I recommend to take classes from a good teacher (who has at least 5 years teacher training) so you understand what I mean.
@@homerdus9668 I don't think it's great to make such a bold claim as yours on someone else's video but then not be prepared to go into further detail when people ask you about it. You may as well not have voiced your opinion on here at all. If there are potentially truly very serious effects of this practice and these can happen to people who practice this then you should tell us what they are or simply not comment at all and stop worrying people
@@ljclark2177 Thank for fast reply. I agree bold statements are not good here. And yes people should not get worried. Students should understand what they are practicing before doing it first time. This is where teacher comes into picture e.g. teacher could introduce them techniques that students can handle (not too advanced). Nadi Shodhana pranayama is advanced pranayama. I highly recommend to read book "Light on pranayama". Maybe then you understand what I mean. It explains what should be practiced before Nadi Sodhana and other pranayamas. as well as how to use the fingers (that are wrongly taught on the video).
I must thank you. I'm from New Zealand...single and hard working for most of my life. And your videos have a nice calming effect on me 😌...Cheers for everything
Feeling so FRESH now 💗 thank you Adriene!

Muy buenos los ejercicios de respiracion.
So nice after the brain and body balance practices. Once again, thank you ❤️🩹
Why do you have to use certain fingers in this exercise?🤔
Is there an ad in the center of the alternator breathing meditation!
Nice hair! 🥰
