Hi Michelle! I had to rest for a few weeks I over extended my knee and had to rest, I feel so sluggish not being able to exercise for 3 weeks. Getting back in to my routine this week I hope you and the girls had a wonderful new years

I'm a few weeks late to this party but really enjoyed day 1. I loved the weighted deadbug variation and the warrior 3 to lunge. Great start to the week!
@Michelle Briehler yes, I will definitely do the whole program. I love the variations you provided for this challenge. I am also combining it with the trampoline challenge (when I can do both). For example, I skipped trampoline after stronger together day 5 legs because that one was tough! But, I picked trampoline challenge right back up 2 days later, along with day 6 of stronger together. But I'll skip trampoline again tomorrow because I'll be on day 8 Stronger Together/kickboxing. I am very appreciative of the energy you put into these workouts! The way you designed the trampoline challenge is so helpful to gain confidence and endurance. You are very talented!

Wow , I can’t believe I did this, it was awesome! My abs are still a little sour from doing your 1 hour barre workout on Saturday so this was a little challenging, but I powered through it. Thank you for so many options and for another fabulous workout ❤!!!!!!

This was great! I love circuit style workouts. My body seems to respond better to these types of workouts vs pure heavy strength. I do them both but these are so much more fun than just weightlifting and I love breathing hard and end up a sweaty mess. I would like to know how many calories I burned. I don't use the gimicky fitbits, so I will guess I burned a lot. 🤪 The plank knee-ins with the gliders are killer! Love the set and your graphics. Like knowing what's coming next. Thanks again!
