I can’t believe I made it all the way through this but I’m so glad I did. I’m also glad I watched this through while getting ready for work this morning, because I was able to hear it would be good to do this bare foot, so I did, and I was able to run by 5 below after work to get a yoga block. I only used 10 pounds because those are my heaviest but I decided every month I’m going to buy the next heaviest dumbbells. Thank you for another amazing workout, and see you tomorrow!!!!!!

I did this workout two days ago. I absolutely LOVED it! Going to put it in my favorite folder. I could feel my gluteus maximus the next morning then hours later my adductors and my hamstrings. That lasted two days. Loved it 😁
I loved this! 👍😁I liked the format of circuits with both strength and body weight, a nice mix-up to build endurance. This was so fun and challenging, and I bumped up my weight on a few of the moves, and was happily surprised I could do it for the whole round!
woo hoo!! Legs are my weak spot but I could do it ALL!! Just below your weight/or same so I thought that was good. And I can still walk! see you tomorrow
This was great! I was sweaty without jumping. My least favorite move is side lunges, but I liked the transferring the weight to the other hand. It felt better on my knees and back. This was a tough but a lot of fun. Thanks!
That was a killer. I’m lazy to work my legs I prefer upper body I do leg days but sometime I don’t push too hard and I could tell today I have some work to do. Thank you for 45 second rests in between
My mind wants to skip over any workout with the word “brutal” in it, lol - but I made myself do this one. And it was well worth pushing thru my mental roadblock. Thanks!
Hi Michelle, what lb ankle weights do you recommend to start out with for your other videos. I'm 34 and fairly advanced with equipment. I also wouldn't want to over do it. ☺️ Let me know.
You can get adjustable one on amazon. I'd start at 2 and go up from there. I typically use 3lb but also have adjustable ones that go up to 5 (I don't use them very often)
