    It's week-2 of your Stronger Together Challenge! Day 8 is only 30 minutes, but if you give it your all...gues what? You actually continue burning more calories after the workout..like 24-48 hrs. Did you know that! This is the stuff the will burn FAT (not long cardio sessions)! Now hit play and let's go! Happy Monday Team! ❤

    Loved the addition of the pilates ball as a bench! I've never done that before!

    Day 8 ✅ I don't wanna speak too soon but 🤔 I feel stronger.💪🏽 I still use some of the modifications but I feel more stable and grounded in my form...and I got a good sweat! I like the variety of workouts but 30 mins. is feeling like a sweet spot to me. Thanks Michelle for your awesomeness❣️
