Day 8 ✅ I don't wanna speak too soon but 🤔 I feel stronger.💪🏽 I still use some of the modifications but I feel more stable and grounded in my form...and I got a good sweat! I like the variety of workouts but 30 mins. is feeling like a sweet spot to me. Thanks Michelle for your awesomeness❣️
Great job! Yes that little focus on body parts and going a little heavier will make you stronger! Now get ready for some fine tuning with fusion and thigh toning.👍❤️

Loved the addition of the pilates ball as a bench! I've never done that before!
