For anyone watching in the year 2020+ the director for Type-0 Hajime Tabata did say that he had hopes for a sequel to Final fantasy Type-0 after he finished work on Final fantasy XV (15) however, unfortunately Hajime left Square Enix in 2018 and the announcement stating that there were plans for a Type-0 sequel was in 2014 during interviews with Hajime Tabata himself so no one truly knows if there ever will be a sequel to this game. So basically similarly to the very long awaited final fantasy 7 remake, we can only wait and hope that it will eventually happen.

Five years ago I watched this video and I decided to study animation and 3D, now I'm almost graduated but I'm not at this level, I will practice even more.
Omg we're the same, fell in love with 3D art after watching this way back 2017.
Same but for me it was 2016 when i watched it, and since then i've always dreamed abou reaching this level. I am not there yet, but now i understand everything from this video and from what i see i wont be able to do something like this solo 😅 the quality is like a team of specialists, like if i can create environments like that ill probably lack the skill for the vfx etc. can't do it all not enough time to upskill in everything

@@smx6014 I learned a lot and I enjoyed it but once doing it, I realized I like 2D concept art even more than working in 3D. I worked as a QA tester for a while, I want to make another step further in the industry 🙌 what I can say about 3D is that I enjoy adjusting lights and textures rather than modeling, dynamics or rigging. I can say rigging is the hardest part!
Nothing rivals Square Enix ability to create incredible looking scenes with the most badass designs.
Im currently playing Type-0 HD, and Im freaking loving this game. Fans should appreciate this game more.

Just hope that "Rises from the Ashes" is the trailer for Type-Next or Type-1 and we can play with the character (resembling Ace or even is Ace) only. Just like Lightning Returns. Resembling Type-0's gameplay with new features. I wouldn't even care if SE creates the game with the help of Platinum Games. It would be fucking awesome!

@@unskillfulmaster cliche characters, yes. But if you read the archives and the Nameless Tome, you'll get a fuller picture. Makes the world within this game captivating.
@@unskillfulmaster this is a cliché of how a casual player is too lazy to check the lore and other things, even if it is normal to look into these kind of things in order to understand the real story behing the game
@@Luctor i mightve read into it if the presentation was worthy. do you read into a game that you felt wasn't any good? everything from battle to character was lame to me. and the dumb cliche character interactions was lamer, why would i waste any more time with it?

I really want a sequel. type 0 was one of the best Final Fantasy games I played story-wise. you're right, like they're reincarnated in another time or world. but I would mind it if it's another set of characters carrying on the wishes of their predecessors. it's got a bittersweet truth in it. I just hope this Ace samurai character is in it. Ace is my favorite, tough but sensitive, logical but brash, cute but sexy lol. keeps the group glued together, keeps his classmates from breaking. and he has a soft spot for chocobo, like me!
I wish FF Type-1 run on PS4 or PS5 .

+Emily Wallach Its Yusuke Naora and Roberto Ferrari (sub). Roberto along with Tetsuya Nomura did the characters for XV, especially the movie Kingsglaive (More Roberto). Roberto does the designs for FFVII remake alone though.

Such beauty! The scene itself is so beautiful, especially the harmony it gives off between the samurai and the fiery figure as the song plays (Is also one of my favorite songs in the game) as the fiery figure revives him.

I have an all new appreciation for Final Fantasy after seeing all the work put into making the games O.O
Oohh lordy that was freaking cool. Was really interesting from a designer/artist point of view just to see how much work went into making such a small yet very awesome cutscene. I swear my jaw dropped a few times with some of the skeletal stuff they were doing with what I believe is either maya or 3ds max.
It's Maya, I checked up the "create skeleton" window and only Maya popped up. And 3dsMax "bone tool" window looks different. But both softwares can do similar rigs anyway
So, I guess Ace's poker days are over.

- "We have arrived" means Class Zero has arrived.
- Rise from Ashes means Class Zero has been ressurected, but I think it is in a Chinese era something.
In short, Class Zero have been ressurected in a different era

Yes, that is Ace, but not the same person as the original. It's a parallel universe, and Class Zero died without any doubt in the original world. There is no possibility.

Blender is a free open source 3d modeling program, which works with even old Pc software like Windows xp
Download that and learn the basics of rigging, modelling, sculpting etc.
The sooner you start, the easier it will be to digest the theory that they give at a art university, considering that they won't teach you the basics like in secondary school
You need to prove that you have a clear understanding of them before you can even enter the schools.
From one artist to someone who wants to be a an artist, start now. Don't wait. You need to have years of experience on your name before you actually start creating something that's somewhat good
Practice every day
Even if it turns out ugly, just keep practicing, look up tutorials, read books ask around. That's how you become someone who is able to make things like this
thanks i still try to do that ^^ . though i don't have my own computer , and it has more or less holding me ... .
i even cannot make a simply stop motion video when i already make the concept and takes the picture because i can't download the movie maker ^^' .
i once ever try to download and apps in cafe internet . 'cause i really want to learn to make a simply video ^^ . and before that even try to download photoshop 'cause i want to try to makes an edit picture ^^ .
and of course ... i am failed T^T . all data on computer in cafe internet always deleted once i log out .

but the only thing i can do is only asking " how can they makes it ? " , " what program they use to make it ? " , " can i learn it one day ? "
or mumbling like ,

by the way , i am in vocational high school right now . and ...
before i choose vocational high school because i hope i can major in multimedia ^^ , but ...
that major was too expensive for my parents , so i choose other vocational high school which is not too expensive for my parents .
but in that school there is no major multimedia .
so in the end i majoring Computer and Network Engineering .
but i still hope to learn . so even i can't practice to learn about making video for now , i am still try to reading , watch , and practice to draw . makes an art with my pen and sketch book although it must be self-taught ^^ .
it's simple . so simple actually . but somehow i think it will be linked me in my dreams ^^ .

Imagine games with these graphics in the upcoming years.
I loved certain characters in Type-0 like Ace. But overall the game was weak. I hope if they did a sequel it's story is better told.
It really depends on the players themselves to be honest.I personally really enjoyed it and had it become like my top 5 ff games because i understand the story well (plus i played it on japanese so no cliche va for me).

This was the most well received FF in quite awhile, even if it was a sort of spin off title. We'll see
Adam Block well wasn't received after quite some time. Actually was kind of non existent for a while until people actually paid attention. At least in the states for that matter.
Hasty critics well, being well received and getting high sales are two different things. There have been games that were very well received but didn't sell well like Psychonauts, Beyond Good and Evil, Vanquish and more. It just depends on marketing I think.
I hope the WHOLE Model is downloadable somewhere. I want it.

Por lo que entiendo en esta saga (si así se puede llamar) de FF type 0, se tratara de un bucle, lo digo por el final feliz (alternativo) y por este video secreto. Cuando ace dice "We have arrived" entiendo que se refiere a la clase zero pero en otra epoca o era, por lo que digo que se tratara de un bucle

UserDude I think I am more impressed by the people who developed the software that harbours the possibilities for these artists to release their full potential. It likely requires strong foundation in multi-variable calculus and linear algebra for certain.
