Injured both knees causing meniscus tear, and requires surgery. Just before the first knee getting surgery done, the insurance company offered a 15k settlement. My attorneys office called to inform me, and said that they were declining the offer, but asked if I was in agreement, and wanted to proceed with the surgery. Which I currently am.
Im two years in !!! .. and fighting still!!,, havent been able to work ,,, lost everything ,,, still need surgery,,, they have used every stall tactic there is !!!,, tried to deny it happened ,,, to I did it on purpose !!!... The biggest scam in the world!!!,, they want you to give up ... IM NOT !!,, there needs to be some serious changes !!! .. they can deny it for absolutely no good reason... And there is no penalty for them !!!!,, yet if your caught "scamming" them ,,, its a felony !!!!... CROCK OF B.S. !!!!! ... I WILL FIGHT TILL IM DEAD !!!..

What if you lose your finger because the job didn’t want to call the ambulance ( while your bleeding out ) and they had to amputate your finger off ?
