Joel here...Great question but probably a better one for Bert (the guest I had on the video). Bert's the worker's comp expert [not me 😬] and his number is (404) 689-0104. Give him a call and I'm sure he would be happy to help you with this question.
I got injuried July 2023 PT since, MUA in DEC 2023, More PT, Scoped for Labrum repair (Slap 3 Repair) March 2024, More PT, MMI'D Aug 8th. Rating was Whole Body 6%, ARM/Shoulder 10%. Seems lowballed. Behind my back is bad still, Overhead can go over 20lbs. AL - Workers Comp.
My question is work injury. I had surgery on my sijoint. Then and then I found out I need to have surgery on my other sijoint. So I was rated at 20% to the whole body with my first surgery. Now am in 3 week in healing from my other sijoint surgery. So my question is will my percentage change to the whole body or will it stay the same. Is 20% fair amount?
Hi guys,I have a question for you: what happen for mental issues due to overworking ,due to a stressful work environment? Is there any chance to be accpted in a Workerman’s Comp case?
Thank you for the question. Williams Elleby does not handle employment law issues but if you would like to reach out to our guest, Bert Hummel, for any workers compensation questions, his number is (404) 689-0104.

I had a cervical spine surgery on c56,7 and a herniated disc and was rated 5%
Sounds like you got cheated
I had 2 work injuries one for my right knee and my left wrist which I had surgery on . How does the rating goes for that?😊

Make sure you have an AL attorney to help you with that. Good luck!

It will most likely increase but only the doctor can say for sure.
