I have a case of my own that I need help with if you’re able to help I would greatly appreciate it and would like if you could help me expose all the wrong injustices that were done to me CARRAZCO vs MORRISON. I was just approved disability so the incident caused life altering injuries and permanent damage for the rest of my life and everything started because a police officer “Knew” I was the perp when in actuality I had nothing to do with it and all charges were dropped 2 months after I was injured. The officer had no evidence that I had anything to do with the situation and chose not to get me identified by the victim or witnesses. The officer even committed first degree perjury when he filled out his affidavit and at the preliminary hearing he admitted to it. I don’t have any money to get my own lawyer and I don’t have any money to buy the video, tape recordings, or complete discovery but I know that if I could get everything in my case I would be able to prove everything I am saying, PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP 🙏

Stay in touch? what a JOKE!! Every time I called my lawyer for a follow up I was met with indignation and impatience. They do not want to HEAR from you until they call to ask the same questions they asked 3 years ago. Additionally, I have been assigned 7-8 different lawyers and a dozen paralegals over the past 4 years. All I get is ATTITUDE from "overworked" paralegals. Very disheartening and disappointing. They new lawyers I was assigned didn't even know who I was. I had to complain to the head partner who apologized after he listened to the ass chewing I got from his angry paralegal who was having a bad day. Yea, if you really want to get bummed out, just TRY to keep in touch with your lawyer and follow up on your case. Every follow up called I had a new one. After 4 years of this just wait for their semi annual call (to find out who I am.) One of these lawyers scheduled a deposition, left the firm, and no one ever called to tell me it was cancelled. Just left me hanging like a fool. Thanks a lot.

I agreed to a settlement number on Aug 16. I’m still waiting for my documents to be sent over so I can sign them. I have still been getting paid weekly from my job. Do you know how long it takes for me to receive the documents so I can sign them? Going on 4/5 weeks now.
