      After rejecting a lesbian's advances, since I'm straight, she stalked me online and irl. I was constantly on edge because she also slashed her own tires then lied to the police and said I did it. I didn't even know where she lived nor did I know what type of car she drove. I managed to ghost her by changing jobs, moving, and shutting down my social media. Haven't seen or heard from her since.

      @@Hinatachan360 hi. Thank you for sharing. Yes, stalkers often try to claim first that you are stalking and attacking them. Same tactic narcissist use with the smear campaigns. It is to try to discredit you for when you try to report them. Even if people believe you. They claim that you both are guilty so they cannot do anything against the other person as then they would need to take action against you as well. Or people just give up as they don’t know who to believe, you or the narcissist.

    6 years of a resentful stalker. Police see it as a neighbour despite despite video evidence of the daily verbal abuse and threats, showing up wherever I am including work, damage to my house and assault. Laws are useless if the police refuse to use them. My life is now a military manoeuvre, changing my routine as much as possible to avoid being stalked. And just total refusal from the police to see it as stalking.

    I have been a victim of stalking a ex narcissist made me feel violated and wondering if they're around the corner just waiting to follow you somewhere or just pop up wherever you are. How I deal with it is I have to threaten him with the police then he kinds of backs off but how long is that going to last nothing's a guarantee good luck all of you that are going through this.

      Hi. Thank you for sharing. Sorry that you experienced being stalked. From research, a warning from police is often more effective than a protection order or arrest. If the person had a clean record or are on parole then they have something to lose by you making a case against them. Thus when police give them a warning they know you are prepared to go to the law, but have not lost anything yet so stand to lose say a clear record if they continue. This often gets some stalkers to stop. However. When you get them arrested they now lost their clean record and have nothing to lose in that regard. This can also cause a intimate stalker who wants a relationship with you to turn into a revenge stalker as they feel being arrested was unjustified. Thus the stalking can increase and become more dangerous where at first they did not want to harm you, but now do as they want revenge. If the stalking stoped after a police warning there is a very good chance you managed to effectively deal with the stalker.

    • @NarcissisticAbuseHealing

      Hi. Any person stalking you is scary and bad. But family members and ex partners are on a different level. Because they know your habits. They know your likes and dislikes and your patterns. They can guess where you are going to be as they often know your routine. They also often have more access to information as they may be getting information from people you speak to. These people may not know they are helping a stalker by passing on information they may think is trivial. You will need to test to see if information about your whereabouts are passed on and by who. And become very secretive about your life and not share it to other family members if at all possible. Or give misleading information. If you are going to the store to buy stuff. Say you are going to the gas station. Or a different store. Or some other place. Start to randomly shop at different stores. We all have habits that form predictable patterns. Take different routes to work and home and other places you go. Then see how it goes. Remember that even though it is a family member, it is still a person affecting your life negatively. You may need to get authorities involved at some point.

    Thank You for addressing this terrible behavior of stalking. It NEEDS to be addressed. I suffered this for 2 years and it was electronic, physical and filled with what I’ll call “symbolized messaging”, of killing me. It was terrifying. I knew it was potentially dangerous, and it pushed my illness into a more aggressive illness. Horrible and training to authorities Must be done. Indeed the stalking began before I left my own home. Bizarre Real and Frightening. I believe it was revenge, resentment…. I finally armed myself and things calmed down. I continue to work on getting appropriate therapy to assist in my healing. Types in dealing with stalkers will get a huge amount of watches, as until you’ve faced stalking you will have No Clue in how to deal with this animal. The systems of society are at a loss in how to deal with this issue. It’s under reported then if reported, it’s too often overlooked.

      Hi, thank you for sharing. Sorry you went through this ordeal. Yes, from my research on this video I found that stalking is massively underreported. And that authorities often do nothing or their actions are not that effective. Non-police intervention seemed to have the most success, as well as disappearing so that the stalker could not find you, which is not always easy to do, possible, and is massively unfair to the victim.

Mine was “Covert”, domestic violence, but none the less ask for free training, you may find it free! Lastly, please don’t buy arms without researching them. You will find a good deal and the best arm for self defense only by researching. Don’t get taken by someone just wanting to sale something that may not work for you. Hi. Thank you for commenting. I would just like to expand on this for people who may think that their narcissistic partner is not good with computers or their cellphone so they don’t need to worry about being tracked or their information accessed. It is not that all narcissists are good with hacking. Although many are. But that there are so many programs and tools on the market they can easily buy that makes it easy for them to hack your phone or computer. So even if your narcissistic partner barely can put a computer on or work there cellphone. Do not assume your data is safe.

    Thank you so much for addressing this. Is slandering people (beyond gossip) possibly considered a form of stalking, such as slandering someone to their employer? Also, have you found that some of the more extreme stalkers will recruit others to participate in your experience?

    • @NarcissisticAbuseHealing
      @NarcissisticAbuseHealing  2 года назад +4

      Hi, thank you. It is difficult to say, but yes slander can be stalking if the action is meant to cause fear in the victim, even if the action is directed at your name or at other people. Family and friends are often attacked. So if the person would constantly smear your name to try to get you fired or to stop clients using you, then it can be harassment that can be stalking. Yes, stalkers may recruit others to help them. This would be more the rejected stalker who feel you played them. Or can be the resentful stalker who has a grudge against you or something you did or believe.

      @@NarcissisticAbuseHealing Thank you. I have even heard of genuine victims being called narcissists for cutting these people off. If you believe genuinely that someone is a narcissist, you would not continue to stalk them and slander them all over the place and continue to talk to their friends and family. That just makes no sense. Please keep up your great work

    • @NarcissisticAbuseHealing
      @NarcissisticAbuseHealing  2 года назад +2

      Hi. With researching for the next video I came across interviews researchers did with people who where gang stalked. Multiple victims were interviewed where the stalker lied to or paid people to get them to stalk the victim for the stalker. The victims reported that there was nowhere they could go where there would not be two or more people following them and filming what they did. The victims were also attacked in public by multiple stalkers and multiple people would phone or write to the victim’s employer and complain in order to get the victim fired. Even if the victim moved to a new job. Even when police got involved these people kept on harassing the victim to the point that some never went out alone and some have not left their homes for years. So group stalking seems to be more prevalent than I thought, and very destructive.

So I would assume it would not even bother them if you told them. I am not sure they are in denial because many don’t know they are psychopaths. It is just how they are. @NarcissisticAbuseHealing  2 года назад +4

      Hi. That may not be a good idea as stalkers often make false allegations of you stalking and attacking them, damaging or stealing their property and harnessing them. This is similar to a smear campaign a narcissist uses to discredit you for when you want to report them. If you actually stalk the stalker there is a high chance you will be caught. Not only can it cause legal trouble for you. It can also make your claims of being stalked not being believed and can make it almost impossible for you to get rid of the stalker. In over 50% of the cases the victim is eventually physically and sometimes sexually assaulted. Staking the stalker can also make your claims of being assaulted not being believed.
