  • Ways To Deal With A Stalker
    Stalking is one of the most sadistic forms of abuse. It leaves the victim with no rest as they don’t know when the stalker is going to act next. It is also an action that is difficult to deal with as in many cases even after the victim changed their place of work or residence, the stalker managed to find them and continued the stalking. And in some instances, harmed the victim. This video explores ways you can deal with a stalker.

      No however it does not hurt to know what to do if it does ever happen. My friend was stalked by her ex and he was ruthless. I had to teach her self defence just in case he tried attacking her. She has been seen him around since she is with another man, but she is still filled with anxiety. I have sent this video to her this video to help. Thank you for this video!

      @@susiesa8295 hi. How exactly is she jacking your phone? Because to hack your phone she would need access to it or you would need to click on a link send to you that downloads a hacking app. Or is she using an online texting account where she spoofs your phone number? I would suggest wiping your phone and reinstalling all the apps manually to make sure there is no tracker app on. Then make sure she has no access to it. Also change your phone number and do not let her find out the new number.

      The lawyer explained to me that restraining orders are meant for people who obey the law. A narcissist does not obey it. I am dealing with a brother and mother N’s right now. They are never wrong even if caught in the act. It’s always someone else’s fault, usually mine. Mom refuses to wear her glasses even though she’s blind as a bat. It’s like a mortal sin if they are somehow “defective.” The narcissist is perfect and there’s nothing wrong with them. You’re the crazy one. I’ve learned to deal with it by saying No and not arguing. You cant reason with a four year old. That’s about the age they are, they never grew up.

      Stay safe and don't let this into your house. I am not a lawyer so I can't give advice that way, but I suggest contacting a dv organization on advice on what to do to proceed and any attorney who is familiar with dv and stalking. I have heard that it's best to try to resolve with a lawyer sending a letter to stop, or police telling that person to stop and making a record of this. Ask the lawyer or dv advocate about these potential options and maybe consult a experienced officer on what they advise. Maybe a Sheriff's deputy actually.

    It's been 6 years now of dealing with a stalker. they first threw rocks threw my bedroom window in 2019 while I was in the room writing a few feet away. They continued to stalk me during COVID-19, when I even leaving my home, wasn't an option. They repeatedly smash in my windshield, side doors, and mirrors and left me a note saying "4 Days" in dripping font. I have obviously relocated several times. I have worked hard to keep my address secret, but was recently found again. Someone threw rocks through my windows again a few weeks ago, and it's been really rough. I don't know how far they plan on taking it, and though I have a suspect in mind, I have no definitive proof that it's him. This has been such a nightmare and I miss the times before 2019 when I could walk in public in peace. Not sure why I'm posting this, other than feeling alone and afraid. Thank you for your video, I am hopeful that there's something in it that can help.

      Hi. Thank you for sharing. Sorry that you are experiencing this horrific stalking. It helps others in realizing that they are not alone. And that it is not something they did. But because of a mentally ill person who has no regard for other people’s feelings. It is hard when they keep finding you even when you move and take effort to keep your address secret. That they leave a message saying 4 days seems that they want to terrorize you and have you living in fear. Unfortunately, with people like this. The only way they often stop is when they are caught and forced to stop. If you can. Try installing motion cameras around the house or a 360 dash cam in your car to try to get proof of them vandalizing your car. Or then throwing rocks through your windows. You will most likely need to hide the cameras well and tell no one, as people like this are often, but not always, very good and evading being caught. Consider asking advice from security shops on what cameras may work and how to use them. You don’t need to spend a lot. I used a small spy camera hidden inside a clock once. It had an SD card that could record 24 hours of video. And when something happed I downloaded that day’s video. After several incidents I managed to make a 11 min video showing several incidents that was later used in court to prove guilt. It was not for stalking but abuse, however. The principal is the same. You need proof. And video with audio evidence is best.

      Hi. Thank you for sharing. Sorry that you are experiencing the stalking and abuse you are. Yes, it is not fair. And stalkers and abusers often know how to slip between the cracks in the law or be on the edge between legal and illegal. Mentally they are children who are throwing tantrums because they did not get their way. You cannot reason with them and they don’t care who they hurt and how. Words do not work with them. The only thing that stops them is consequences for their actions. Which may take a lot of effort on your part and time.

    Great list of things to do. Unfortunately my stalker got mad bc I had to throw him out of my home, he refused to leave when I asked him to. It all escalated after that. Destroyed my things, vandalized my car, threatened me, accused me of seeing someone. The protective order only pissed him off more. He said I should not of contacted police when he stabbed my tires 2 separate times. More and more threats, broke in my house, then a different day came to my house and beat me up and threatened me with knife. Fortunately, at that very second my phone rang. I told caller he was here now. It was police. He ran off w my phone and returned the next day to b arrested. Some people think they are above the law, have no care only care about how they can't have what they want. Controlling bully.

It is the first step into taking legal action against them. If you can, install security cameras or try to record them damaging your property if he comes back. This may sound incredible, ...but the 8 yr. X military gay Director of Nurses at my dads nursing home was my stalker. Why? Because I was complaining to government agencies about things that were going on in that nursing home. I became incredibly frustrated because none of these government agencies came to help. I called the police as well. In confidence the officer warned me NOT to do anything! He told me it would do nothing but add to worse problems for myself and my dad. Just as I was talking to him, a nurse manager poked his head around the door and told him _________ (the Director of Nurses STALKER) wants to talk to him after he was done talking to me..... The nurse manager said "____." (her name), so this police man knows this DON on a FIRST NAME BASIS. I found all of this horrifying, and it just added to more of my trauma.

      Hi. Thank you for commenting. This sounds like a very complicated situation. From my experience, many narcissists plan ahead for when you want to expose them. Many smear your name long in advance. But also become good friends with people in power or status who will protect them. This is often police, ministers or pastors, local community leaders, a manager or boss, and so on.

      Hi. Thank you for sharing. Sorry that you are experiencing being stalked. If you can. Record the person when they are making threats against you. Especially if threatening to kill you. As police can often not do much unless you have evidence that you can show them. If they phone you. You can get recording apps for you phone that can record the conversation. Save and make screenshots of all text messages, emails, and social media posts or comments of threats against you. If they threaten you in persons try to have a hidden camera such as a dash cam or have your phone on record in your pocket. Know that the police may require you to show that the person is making threats on more than one occasion. I know it is not fair. But it is often how the law works. Due to so many false accusations. Police now often don’t respond unless you can show proof of your claims and that the person is repeatedly threatening you.

Well, after 3 years I've been granted an order of protection however it took a lot of recordings in between and trying out different police officers in addition to talking to a Sargent for my complaints to be taken seriously. With that said, I suggest you record as many incidents revolving harassment as much possible maybe try explaining your situation to a Sargent at your local police. Umkay so be a stalker 🤷🏾‍♀️ stalking is not a power move & it's shameful regardless. Fulfill your purpose of stalking & stop trying to taunt people about their personal business that you discover from invading their privacy. Your stalking trumps whatever you attempt to shame them about. Duh.
    Someone got called out for harassing me & still trying to make it seem normal by gathering a gang of accomplices to help. It's weird & embarrassing behavior. Get over it. Nobody in my life will ever keep my interest if they participate in violating my privacy. You shouldn't want to know what I'm doing 24/7 & I shouldn't have to defend myself in arguments that spawn from a stalker being in their feelings about things they shouldn't even know about.
    Stalkers have way too much audacity. I can't imagine being one yet trying to make their target feel guilty for not accepting their distorted reality. Go take care of your families & stop trying to justify harassing me since 2010 because you thought you would reap the benefits of being a weirdo.
    Do what you got to & take your L 🤷🏾‍♀️ stalking is nothing to boast about. It's disgusting & childish behavior from a bunch of wannabe bullies who can't even help themselves.
    Stalking is degrading & I would only expect it from an enemy. Anybody expecting any other reactions from me need to take medication & be secluded from society.
    I said what I said ✌🏽Now go back into hiding & stop competing for brownie points

      @NarcissisticAbuseHealing  Год назад +1

      Hi. Thank you for sharing. It can be frustrating when you are far away and cannot physically help. Restraining orders are a start and do help with lesser abusers. But they are not a bullet proof vest. I would suggest your cousin to install good security locks, strengthen the doors and frames so they cannot easily be kicked in, install lights outside the property if possible, install security camera, as well as look at her own personal safety. She can maybe consult with a security expert to help her lessen her risk of being attacked. Also look at online security such as change bank card pins, online passwords especially for your email and banking login, and make social media profiles private. It will help to record and report all violations of the restraining order to the police, as it can be used in the future if she wants to take more legal actions.

      Hi. Sorry that you are experiencing this kind of stalking. As a norm. Stalking is difficult to prove because stalkers have so many rights. And when it is a police officer it is often harder because they know the law better and have even more rights to follow you. Not trying to scare you. But if you do want to take action. It may be best to go to a police station in another town or city. As cops often are reluctant to prosecute their own and are more likely not to believe you or just bury the report or evidence. Not saying they are corrupt. But they know there may come nothing of it. While they still have to work with that officer and rely on that officer to have their back and possibly save their life one day. The rules totally changes when the stalker is a police officer. If you can. Speak to a competent lawyer who can help you in what evidence you need and what actions you can take.

Some are careless and talk too much or share information you give them without even thinking.

How do the people at the store verify they have the right person? Making accounts in someone else’s name is fraud. You will need to file criminal charges of identity theft against her as well as fraud. I would suggest you get legal help here.

Because if so it may be that these accounts send a code to your phone number. If they have access to your phone to see the code or had access and was able to install a spyware app or cloned your SIM card it would be easy for them to get the activation codes send by the websites.

How about when you go to a certain place almost everyday, and everyday there are 3 people coming from 3 directions every day when you go there. Not all stalking victims know their stalkers! And not all cases are domestic. Neighbors, and coworkers are common too. Women also stalk just as much as men but it's under reported. Women who stalk other women also and its often driven by envy

    • @Corina-dq2my
      @Corina-dq2my Месяц назад

      I think that the reason why it's usually women who are the focal point as victims is because unfortunately women are often the victims of intimate relationship violence and are statistically at higher risk of serious harm when leaving their abusers. Women are generally the most common targets of stalkers, usually by a man. Not always, but often. But yes, a stalker can absolutely be a neighbor, a co worker or just someone who the victim dated briefly.

      Hi. Unfortunately police are not perfect and it can happen that they do not do they job. Or are corrupt. A police station’s professionalism relies a lot on the station commander. It can also happen that in small communities the police know and may be friends with the perpetrators and do not want to arrest them. It may be necessary to go to a police station in a different town or state to get help. In that case you may need to have proof that the local police station is reluctant to act. It is not fair. Hi. That is a very good question. And is often the case, especially if it is an online stalker. If the person stalks you in person, then you can document when and where they often appear. And then report it to police and try to get them to investigate. You can also try to get video footage by setting up cameras, asking neighbors who have security cameras, or even talking to shop owners if their security cameras cover the parking area so you can find a car license plate that you can give to police. Online is even harder. There you may need to get a specialist involved to backtrack I.P. addresses in emails. For social media you can try contacting the platform, such as Facebook and report the person. And then block them. A recent feature i saw on some platforms is that you can block the person with an option to also block any future accounts they make with a new email address.
