I had a profound acid trip back in 2020. I took purposely too much, and it was a pretty tough trip. I came back into this world totally changed. It made me realise so many errors I’ve been making in my life.
Since then, everything that I do and that I’m aware of, I execute it to the best of my ability.
I make sure that everything is where it should be. Let’s say I threw away a crumple up paper, it lands next to the bin….I make sure to pick it up, and not do it later. I know that I can tidy it up, so therefore I will.
It’s an exercise I’ve been doing with consistency, this day, every single day. It helps me not procrastinate. To always deliver my best self , to myself, to everyone around me.
The acid changed my life, but mainly, the application of little things that I do,
has made a massive change in my life with all my projects/obligations/ functions.
Plus, I treat people with love and respect rather than confrontation. I sometimes slip up, but overall, I’m a thousand times a better human being now.

The strategies suggested in this video, such as setting small goals, seeking support, and changing our environment, are powerful tools to shift our mindset and create positive change. I appreciate the reminder that it's okay to seek help and not go through challenging times alone. Sometimes, a little push from friends, family, or professionals can make a significant difference. Thank you for sharing this uplifting content. It's a reminder that even in the darkest of ruts, we have the power to turn things around and step into a brighter future.

I'm a vet student, have been in a rut for years now. I do get the occasional burst of motivation which is the only factor that's helped me pass through the past 3 years of school. I just started the new academic year 2 months ago vouching to never go back to the old ways but haven't made any changes to my study routine so far.
I'd admit I've become extremely lazy but it never used to be this way... I used to be in the top 3% of class in my freshman yr... then Covid happened and I haven't been able to go back to my old ways ever since. Is it even a rut when it's been going on for so long?

This is literally me! But after watching this I realized I haven't done a lot of the things I used to love doing, and I haven't hung out with people much at all( maybe 4 hangouts since COVID started). I am starting to think those 2 in particular, plus being more sedentary and eating less healthy, probably play a WAYYY larger role than I realized. I'm going to make an experiment testing this out. I'm sure I will at least be closer to getting out of my rut. I really hope all of you that are in one get out very soon as well! Persistence will pay off!

What I’ve come to realize is that when I have a bad day I should definitely end the day with some form of exercise. Usually it’s on those days when I tell myself “you’re allowed to have bad days, just take time to rest today” but that does not break the bad day, so in the following days I also feel like sh*t. So basically now I know that I should try extra hard on the bad days

Iam feeling that the circumstances Iam inn are much bigger than my own ambition & my own life! I feel like none of the areas in my life are "settled" & it's so exhausting & I don't know where to start.
Like I finally feel like I got my social life back on track but now I don't have any time to study but I need to study to change careers because I hate my job & it drains all of my energy. But if I don't spend time on my social life, people will drift away from me again & I'll fall back into depression & loneliness (I am very happy spending time by myself but it's a fact that humans need connections & I've been lonely with no connections for many years in my life).
My health is deteriorating as I'm constantly stressed because of how torn I feel & never having enough time for everything I have to or want to do.
Plus, I'm less productive & more disorganized when I haven't slept well and/or enough but planning for 8 hours of sleep stresses me, too, since that would be the only time I could cut a little bit shorter.
I can't even think about getting into a relationship because I wouldn't know how to make time to get to know someone. Even more so, in order for me to make time for someone I'd have to know in advance that they'll be worth making time for & these days (with situationships, dating apps, uncertainty & endless talking stages) I don't feel like getting to know any person is worth making time for...

The day i brought home my 8 week old cavalier puppy Ruby back in 2013 was the day my life changed for the better. There is a song by Eels called “Things the Grandchildren Should Know” and E sings about being used to staring down at the sidewalk cracks but now he is learning how to say hello to people who pass him by. This is exactly how it was with Ruby. I was quite large back then but people didn’t care what I looked like the friendships formed were about our passion for our fur babies. Sadly Ruby passed over to rainbow bridge last year but she sent me twin girl cavaliers who are cheeky and keep my on my toes. Now every morning, rain, hail or shine I am awake way before my alarm goes off and I get out of the house with my fur babies. Sometimes we go for a long walk, exploring, or on other days for whatever reason we will just watch the sunrise from the beach. The people you see regularly, who stop and chat, don’t care where you come from, how much $$$$ you have but I know when I get home I may not have anything else organised for the day but I feel soo inspired and grateful for those people, their stories, their fur babies, my fur babies and of course Ruby who visits us everyday in the form of a perfect white feather that crosses our paths on our walks.

What if that older you, (early 20s for me) at the peak of happiness was when i would be doing stuff that just doesn't seem right to be doing now that in 32? 🤔
For example i used to be going out all the time and living it up within the nightlife and working within the entertainment industry etc for years. Then covid hit went back to school in the hopes of being able to have a more stable career focused outlook but inside i am freaking dying of this boring fake lifestyle working the "career". Smh idk man but if i were to take this advice i might fall backwards in life. I mean i kimda already feel like that without kids and single but thinking backs thats also when i was around plenty of them as well 🤔 🤷
I really appreciate you making this video! Like I honestly do, because i have been needing to actually hear this, and i am going to cognitive to watch this a handful more times at least and imma get shit back on track 👣 ✊️ ((maybe, we'll see) 👀
