    You can see the pain on his face.
    I've torn both my rotator cuffs 4 times each and never had surgery.
    I have limited strength in them, but am still extremely well built for 54 year old. I can still bodybuild, but mainly use machines versus free weights for chest and shoulders.
    Krizo will come back better than ever.

      What led to your tears? What advice would you give to prevent an injury?

      @@AZ-gs6hj Every tear I got was from dumbell presses or flys for chest. It was always with a weight I normally did too. I was able to control the weight properly too, but it was heavy. I didn't know that as you grow older, your tendons and joints can't keep up with the training you are used to.
      I also tore one of my bicep tendons doing a weight I was used to.
      My advice is: After you get into your mid 30's, stop doing so much weight with free weights. Stick more to machines and the Smith machine too. With machines, you don't have to worry about balancing the weight. I wish I knew then what I know now because my physique is in the best shape of my life at 54 than it ever was. Using mainly machines.
      Slow, controlled reps. Press, 4 second controlled negative (eccentric part of the lift), last couple reps I pause in the stretch for a few seconds. All the way to failure on the last set for each exercise. That works best I've found. No need for really heavy weights for this.

    Cannot believe how grainy the condition is looking now! Once you got the blood going that right side was coming up. It wants to come back!! Our hero will rise again, take your time, we will be watching and waiting patiently. The best is yet to come!

    Za mňa top Video, málokto vie o tom, že cvicenie zdravej končatiny napomáha regenerácii zdravej časti. Sam mám podobnú skúsenosť po zlomenine ramena v kĺbovej hlavici. Hneď ako som mohol, tak som robil kardio a cvičil čo sa dalo, spolu s fyzio a dobrou stravou som tak na 95% späť čo sa týka rozsahu pohybu v ramene, ešte by som chcel nejaké to percento nahnať.
    Držím palce, nech ste späť lepší a väčší. 💪💪💪

      Ono to pomáha hlavne aj kvôli tomu že sa v tele produkujú regeneračné látky, sval potrhaný tréningom sa musí zahojit, takže z toho benefituje celé telo.

    je úžasne sledovať tohto vrcholového športovca, jeho psychiku, prístup, to odhodlanie, ísť si za cieľom, komentáre, dôvody , držím palce Mišo aj trénerovi, verím že čo skoro budeš ok, zranenia sú bežné, to sa v takomto tvrdom režime asi nedá bez toho, je to iba štastie, prevencia postupnosť a čo skoro ta uvidíme zase na TOP pozícií kulturistiky. Kto nerobil šport prdel vie, asi po operácii nebudeš dvíhať to čo v plnom zdraví, ale slovač by chcela hneď zajtra výsledky, všetko je Mišo v hlave. Držte sa.

    Velmi ti drzim palce a prajem pevne zdravie.Som 12r po operacii rot.manzety,kotva bycepsu a nejake brusenie" .Chcem ta povzbudiť.Ani neviem ze som mal operaciu.Jednoznacne pomaha a to jedine trenujem 12r rotator s gumou.Oba.Vela zdravia KRIZO❤

    Križo, prečo nevyužiješ elektrický tréning pravej operovanej strany. Prúdy môžu dokonca spôsobiť vážnu svalovú hypertrofiu a zvýšiť ich silu. Stačí 15 minút denne na rameno, rovnako na každý iný sval. Križo, why don't you use the electrical training of the right operated side. Currents can even create serious muscle hypertrophy and increase their strength. Just 15 minutes a day for the shoulder is enough, same for every other muscle.

      Dude, I never took anything, but when I stop working out for 1-2 months the muscle volume gets definitely down. If you don´t use it you will lose it, especially if you don´t force yourself to eat that much. Absolutely normal body reaction.
