@@AZ-gs6hj Every tear I got was from dumbell presses or flys for chest. It was always with a weight I normally did too. I was able to control the weight properly too, but it was heavy. I didn't know that as you grow older, your tendons and joints can't keep up with the training you are used to. I also tore one of my bicep tendons doing a weight I was used to. My advice is: After you get into your mid 30's, stop doing so much weight with free weights. Stick more to machines and the Smith machine too. With machines, you don't have to worry about balancing the weight. I wish I knew then what I know now because my physique is in the best shape of my life at 54 than it ever was. Using mainly machines. Slow, controlled reps. Press, 4 second controlled negative (eccentric part of the lift), last couple reps I pause in the stretch for a few seconds. All the way to failure on the last set for each exercise. That works best I've found. No need for really heavy weights for this.

Za mňa top Video, málokto vie o tom, že cvicenie zdravej končatiny napomáha regenerácii zdravej časti. Sam mám podobnú skúsenosť po zlomenine ramena v kĺbovej hlavici. Hneď ako som mohol, tak som robil kardio a cvičil čo sa dalo, spolu s fyzio a dobrou stravou som tak na 95% späť čo sa týka rozsahu pohybu v ramene, ešte by som chcel nejaké to percento nahnať. Držím palce, nech ste späť lepší a väčší. 💪💪💪
Ono to pomáha hlavne aj kvôli tomu že sa v tele produkujú regeneračné látky, sval potrhaný tréningom sa musí zahojit, takže z toho benefituje celé telo.

Dude, I never took anything, but when I stop working out for 1-2 months the muscle volume gets definitely down. If you don´t use it you will lose it, especially if you don´t force yourself to eat that much. Absolutely normal body reaction.
