    this is so much better than all of the silly pictures in the manual that comes with the machine. Perhaps you should refer to this youtube in the manual.

    This is my 2nd Keurig coffee maker of this model. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first worked fine for more than 2 years, and I could still get a decent cup of coffee out of it if I fiddled with it when I decided to replace it. The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong. I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help. So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it.

      i cant believe i will admit this but usually espresso machines: the coffee tablet is inserted right side up. So when it didnt fit, i youtubed. You put it SIDEWAYS 😓oopsie🫣

    I'm so confused with the manual, and I don't see how I can fit a cup that holds up to a litre under the coffee outlet, it also took me ages to work out that 25" means 25 seconds, not 25 inches lol

    Yes, much better than the basic instructions. For those crushing the initial pod, you need to shine a light in there to see what is going on....it needs to align with the "tube" thing or it won't work right (thus crushing the pod). I'd be more annoyed at the poor execution of this design but the actual espresso produced is amazing.

    Please help i have the same inissia machine...I don't know what happened to it this morning I couldn't turn it on when i press the button I see the light but when I take my finger no light indicate so i tried to hold them both for 1 minute or more i tried many times unfortunately I see the light only when I press the buttons till now I can't use it 😓😓😓😓😓😓😓 please help

    I have just purchased this machine & I can't even work out how to switch it on as the instruction manual is absolutely useless let alone make a cup of coffee. Thank god for You Tube but I wish I could print a copy of the manual so I don't have to keep referring to You Tube all the time. I'll try again now so wish me luck.

      Hi, I've followed the instructions to the letter and I know I'm doing it right but I don't have any coffee in the cup only water. The capsule drops into the used compartment but has not opened, also the drip tray is full of water (not a few drips). I'm going to reset factory settings and try again, if no luck I will phone the help line. Janet

    I just bought this machine and cleaned it as instructed. I rinsed 3 times. Then I used a capsule and it was a success. The second time I used it the machine mashed my capsule. I thought maybe this was a mistake and tried 3 more capsules - all got mashed. I sent Nespresso a message about this but suspect I am going to have to use another type of espresso maker. I used to own a Nespresso Pixie and that one is still going strong. I brought it to work and everyone uses it. The inissia is very disappointing so far.

      Please try priming your machine by following the online instructions for "First use or after a long period of non-use". Locate our machine tab, select "Machine Assistance". Choose your machine.       Make sure to fill up the whole reservoir, not just a part of it. You need enough pressure for water to fill up the machine internals during the first use.

      I think they all do. I was given 4 pods for two days in a hotel room, it crushed them all first time I tried to use it. My professional advice is throw this thing out the window and go to a cafe.

    I am confused between the two buttons, does the second one add extra water to ur coffee or extra coffee? Can the capsule be used twice if I press the 1st button two times?

      One button is for 1.35 oz. espresso, the other for lungo, a 3.7 oz. pour.

    Now they have it replaced by a new one, which is working good so far. But still, instead of replacing the complete set/combo with aeroccine, they just delivered the coffee machine. How stupid can they be? Another five days waiting for the aeroccine...really annoying....

    Ho acquistato una vostra macchina tre giorni fa. Oggi non lo rifarei. Non per il caffè, ma per il vostro pessimo libretto di istruzioni. Volete fare tanto i sofistici, i super intelligenti, poi avete un libretto di istruzioni RIDICOLO!!! Solo ora, a distanza di tre giorni ho capito che prima dell'utilizzo dovevo fare uscire un litro di acqua senza caffè, cosa che non ho fatto. Assolutamente feedback negativo (pollice giù!!). Non siete all'altezza di fare un libretto decente, e volete fare un buon caffé? Invece di spendere dollari per George Clooney fareste meglio ad investire per il consumatore. Pessima esperienza.

    My machine releases small amount of water not coffee, and it leaks in the bottom, despite properly insertion of coffee capsules.

    Couldn’t agree more re the manual - the icons are unintelligible. When I finally figured it out, all went well and I love my machine, makes great coffee.

      Mi spieghi cosa cazzo ci vuole a intuire che la macchina deve fare qualche giro di acqua, prima di essere utilizzata? Sono due cristo di tasti, non serve neanche un manuale.

    Eh, what does it mean if when I push the Lungo button to rinse, it makes noise but no water comes out? Did this about 5 times before water started coming out, now it leaks every time I raise the handle to open it. Is my machine malfunctioning?

      Yes the machine is supposed to be loud. Not sure why nespresso keeps saying to call customer service!

    This design is utterly useless. I have one in my hotel room. I have put five capsules in so far. Each time the capsule was inserted exactly as shown in the video, and it was crushed, but no coffee was forthcoming, just hot water. Much much easier to use a kettle. A triumph of style over substance.
