My u milk seems to be making ristretto at 10ml and espressos at 20ml. I used this guide to reprogramme the espresso to 40ml and literally the next capsule I put in came out at 50ml! Lol. Wth?! That's better than 20ml though so thank you Nespresso for the video.

What model of nespresso is this? It has three cup-volume selections instead of two. Well done nespresso! Since i bought inissia 3 years ago , i stopped looking for a new and better one (espresso maker) furthermore i find a lot of coffee brands making nespresso capsules in my neighbourhood supermarkets. Thanks again for this machine. I cant start my day in the morning without any delonghi inissia cup of espresso. But i dont think vertuo was needed to be launched. Classic nespresso covers very well my needs.

Help please. I have a U machine. Didn't descale for a long time. The filter next to the spout is blocked. Nespresso engineer said not repairable. I am presently soaking spout end in Nespresso's descaling liquid by balancing the machine on a dish. Any other suggestions for another liquid perhaps? I dont hold out much hope at moment.

Thank you for your reply. I am in UK. I have spoken to your Technical Assistance Service. They were very good and we went through various options but their final opinion was that they would not even be able to repair it as the water would not go past the capsule point. I have now soaked the capsule end in your descaler for 9 hours. But it is still not working. I guess I will have to purchase a new machine. Very sad as I see you do not sell this machine any longer. The Pixie does not give 3 choices as the U did and it costs more! Your Tech. service has offered a discount.

My Nespresso when I turn it on it to heat up the water after few seconds both lights blinks on a faster rate and never stops

Hi Fadly, we would recommend opening the slider firstly to activate the machine and allow it to heat up. Select your cups size firstly then insert your capsule and close the slider. For future usage, your U machine will remember your preferred cup size, you can of course select a different cup volume size at any time.

I don't recommend using vinegar either, it leaves a bad aroma behind. I have an electric kettle and I descale it using lemon juice. Does the job very well and doesn't leave a bad aroma behind.

Manual ones are way better. This one is having issues with cups (orginal ones) they stuck inside ... NOT RECOMENDED, BUY ONE OF THE MANUAL ONES.

Our capsules are 100% coffee and don't contain milk. You may add your preferred milk to any brewed capsule.
