    As a Florida girl born and raised, I too will never stop wearing my flip flops. I’m so excited to learn of the Tip to Toe. I will definitely be buying that. Your pedicure video with “the mother” vinegar is the BEST I’ve ever seen! You are the BEST Dr. Melissa!!! Thank you!!!

    I have had a tip to toe tool for a few years. Literally the ONLY thing that works for me. Great recommendation!!

    Taking cod liver oil daily keeps my skin soft and smooth. Also helps with menopause symptoms. My feet never have dry skin unless I back off the cod liver oil. I never use any tools or sanding machines!

    i dont wear shoes unless i absolutely have to. shop barefoot, eat outside are resturants barefoot, try to never wear shoes. have been that way all my life. first time in my life, 60 now, have bleed for 3 months to a ped doc. he is not much better than what you recommend but i now use a ped egg thingy and take off about an 8th of an inch weekly. working it down to a manageable level. half inch callus dont bother me. working them down hurt. now at "skin deep" does not hurt anymore. take care of your feet!

I also use lotion as well. Granted, this was way too much info and products I wouldnt care for but thanks for the recommendation on the tip to toe callus remover and zum rub.

    You won’t find anything more powerful or faster. Short learning curve. Youl’ll feel hot spots if you stay too long on one spot and sometimes it will “dance”. But by the time I got both feet smooth as silk with a fine disc on 75% speed I got it! And I had bad callouses. 👍👍👍

      @NaturalHealthResources  Год назад +1

      That sounds like you've found a powerful and effective solution for dealing with callouses. It's great to hear that you've had success in achieving smooth and soft feet using a fine disc on a moderate speed setting. It's not uncommon to feel hot spots or experience a slight tingling sensation when using such tools. Keep up the good work and continue taking care of your feet! 👍👍👍

      I got my whole shipment of supplies & I'm well on my way to smooth already. (Mine were & normally thick with heal callousing). The tip to toe device is superior!! Thks again for your help! One must have a light hand with that. It's very effective. Which head is fine? The black & the white heads feel the same to me! It doesn't say in the instructions which is which. I seriously love this tool. It's far better than the battery operated devices I've purchased. The heal socks are wonderful for slide slippers!!! Best video I watched this Month). I truely needed it. IGG infusions have been adversely effecting my hands and feet with severe plaque like reactions, on top of normally extra cracked & dry skin. Thks again for this excellent post at such a due timing. ♥

    I have this problem, too! It's such a pain to deal with. How are flip flops bad? I live in them but try to wear my Tevas (very cushiony heels) the majority of the time. Thanks for the gel sleeve mention. I have the gel socks and those work great

    Thanks so much! I am a flip flop kinda person, all year. Yup...Callouses are such a battle. I appreciate all your suggestions. Interesting that you recommend the Zum Frankinsense & Myrrh Rub. I'd prolly love it. I've used Zum's laundry soaps...LOVE all the scents, especially the one in the same scents that are in the foot rub, so I'd love this too...I'm sure! I have been using a paddle sander doing dry or wet, but seems it is shredding my callous and might be smooth at first but then it is ruff as heck and then those shreds dry and omg horrible. So I can't sand anymore. I tried the little battery operated kinds, and they don't work. And tried all kinds of moisture, but hate socks...LOL!...So I'll be sliding all over my house flip flops...Hahahaha!

    I have a small battery-operated devise no bigger than an elec. shaver.....it has a small barrel that spins & has a rough surface. It works wonders on my rough heels. My husband likes to call it my belt sander ! LOL I love that term for it. By the way, I'm a northern girl....born & raised in central Il....but I am a barefoot girl & have been my entire life. I LOVE being barefoot.

    I live in Indiana and still wear flip flops if there’s no snow ❄️
    I use a dremmel tool to sand down the heels. However, last year for 6 months I was extremely low carb and in month 4-6 almost all the dry calluses and heels stayed away when I buffed them. Why does sugar taste so good?? 😆

    Rub a lime on your callouses and use a callous file or pumice. Voila! Simple maintenance. Between extreme treatments like exfoliation and such, if necessary.

      Thanks for the tip! Lime and regular maintenance sound like a simple yet effective way to keep callouses in check. It's always great to have natural solutions for everyday concerns. Remember to be gentle with your skin, and finding a balance between simple maintenance and occasional treatments can be key. Appreciate you sharing this practical advice! 👣🍈

    Here is a recipe for silky soft and moist skin all winter long and beyond:
    Remove dead skin from feet by taking a long hot soak in Epsom salts while you sip a glass of wine and watch a movie or read a book or whatever that keeps you from getting bored. After a long soak all the dead skin can be scraped off with a loofah sponge or my preference a bread knife. Next smooth and soften skin by massaging feet with a mixture of sugar or salt and olive oil. Next moisturize the skin with a good lotion that is heavily fortified with glycerin (carried by all drug stores). Finally, apply Vaseline and put on clean cotton socks and go to bed. Do this at least once per week and you will have the softest skin imaginable using the items that are already in your home.

    In reference to the tip to toe by lure. ts so powerful I don't even know what to do with this thing. I just got mine today and I was Holy cow the second it touched my skin I started to burn and if you press even the slightest it stops spinning. At this point I'm thinking om doing to return it.
