- If you are frustrated with your GoPro Cameras that keep overheating and turning off, this video should be of interest to you. I have tried all of the methods that I can find on RUclips, but they don’t solve the problem that I have. I film my fishing trips and want to capture each fish from cast to catch. This means that I have to film the whole trip. I use 5 minute looping to reduce storage space and to reduce time required to review footage.
I applied a little bit of engineering to the problem and came up with a very simple yet effective method to prevent my GoPro from overheating in the hot Mississippi sun.
I believe that I have solved the GoPro Overheating issue for my application.

I tried with changing few setting however the camera always shuts down within 1 hour for overheating. I am very disappointed. I am returning this one.
GoPro definitely has room for improvement with heat dissipation.
just go buy the DJI action 3! gets you 1h18' on 4k 60 and 1h9' on 4k 120! CONTINUOS THAT IS! no overheating whatsoever. thank me later
Too complicated. I use a Tripod Umbrella Clip Holder Clamp Bracket. This keeps Gopro in shade. The only issue is windy days
😂😂😂....this is why mechanics have to adapt and overcome....because an engineer....German or Ford had a better idea....😂😂😂
Gopro promises with those new features, whats the use of buying them if they can't operate with what they intended into. Don't buy them yet wait for them to fix that overheating problems remember you are paying premium on this action cam and it's not worthed for that issues. Some say DJI action 3 is better hell no!!!! dji action 3 is terrible in color and focus.
Interesting story but I'll never buy another GoPro in my life. It's been the most problematic toy I've ever purchased. Mine over heats in Alaskan winter outside or inside. Most recently filming inside but thankfully it was at the end of my video.
Have you decided which camera to use instead of GoPro?
I’m shootings from my motorcycle helmet. Overheating is unacceptable!
Do you have overheating problems while driving your motorcycle? I would be very surprised since there is a lot of air flow over the camera.
Best solution: don't buy a gopro. Their company slogan should be: if you want to miss the moment, go gopro. Only crashes, freezes, sd card errors. And overheating underwater in the original housing while recording 4k. Solution from gopro "Support": don't record in 4k. 😂
They should reengineer their technology inside to include a copper heat dissipation and maybe a small tiny fan like what they use for Apple 🍎 computers
Came here just to say that you are smart as f*ck, love this video and you got a new subscriber.
@@alfonsovillegas489 Thank you very much!
Thanks For this info. can u please provide me the link to where i can buy the mic fur u use on ur gopro?
I use the onboard microphone
Went to Best Buy yesterday so that they have the 12 black out… I have a 11 not worth upgrading to… I just keep that battery door open. Don’t put any casings on it and it’ll record for a good three hours or as long as the SD card can hold.
i solved this issue as well!!! i sold it to some other idiot on ebay and not buy gopro ever again😂😂 and just use my samsung 23 ultra on heavy rig, gimbal and underwater case works 50 times better then CRAPPRO😂😂😂😂if i want to video record any adventure or riding, diving ,i have harness for the chest and motobike rig to hold the phone,it does everything a gopro does just without getting ripped off by gopro and overheating issues😂😂
I shoot in Arizona on two GoPro 10s , I told GoPro there camera is not acceptable shooting at 1080/30 and having batteries actually melting in the camera and the tops pulling off . I should not have to rig an ACTION camera . The reason I bought it was to shoot outside . There is not an update that works or download . I am going to make GoPro replace these cameras till they get it fixed . WHAT has worked to some degree is using a Volta and running without a battery , , The battery in the camera is what's causing the problem but your dropping an extra C note for the Volta . I am sure the 11 is just as bad. should go back to the 7 which would shoot at 108 degrees . good luck
I agree that you shouldn’t have to solve an issue that GoPro should solve. It is a difficult physics problem, but GoPro should take ownership and fix it.
Best comment. Yes battery is the issue. I’ve heard 7 was best
Why don't you just get the osmo 3 no such thing is overheating with that action cam imo
@@sinigangpapi3379 When I get ready to replace the 2 Hero 8’s and all of the batteries and chargers I will consider it.
@@sinigangpapi3379 the action 3 was better than the hero 11 in every single category, except the image quality. The hero 11 has much better focus than the action 3. Let's hope DJI fixes it. In the overheating department it was amazing though. With the battery in at room temp I could record 4k60 until the battery died, and 4k120 for 57 minutes. On my hero 11 it was around 55 minutes and 17 minutes respectively. With the battery out of the hero 11 it was until battery died and 23 minutes respectively.
Thanks for this!
I film tennis matches in the direct sun 90+F temps and this is a constant problem for me and i have been doing all kinds of stop gap solutions. The fan idea (sent a link) seemed ok but the noise i know would a problem, so your flex tube idea was great.
I already have 3d printed mounts for external batteries, so im going to rig up one for the fan to get mounted at the bottom of the tripod and snake a flex tub up to the battery compartment and 3d a custom battery door mount for it.
So thanks for the great idea!
Of course the minimalist direct mount mini fan is great too!
Lovit. Now you got to do waterproof
🤣 I actually have an idea for that.
Glad to find this. I also record my fishing on a Hero 8 using a YOLOTEK power stick in Florida. I also use a 3br Powersports case for complete water protection. Just yesterday I painted the case gloss white to see if it helps reflecting the sunlight. I’m gonna try the mini fan if that doesn’t help
Great information. Can you provide some info regarding how you powered the small computer fan, thanks.
Yeah I got tired of the crashing and overheating issues of my GoPro 11. I fixed it by getting an Osmo Action 3 😅
This is the only way.
Right, worst advice is, use lower quality settings, ridiculous. Buy a Ferrari, but don't drive it over 55mph. Interesting test. I have a GP8. 4K60, auto everything, overheats in 25 minutes, shuts off, just sitting on my desk recording, 75 degree office room temp. I bought a 3x3 inch heat sink. Sat camera on top, same settings, oh and battery in, plugged to outlet as well. Recorded for 2 hours, until I stopped it. Was hot, but not as without heat sink. Camera only sat on top, worked better than expected. But also have issue connecting to Quik app on my phone. I pray and hold my breath it connects. Have to use connect to new camera method to connect, annoying. For these reasons, going to sell GP8, and try DJI Action 3.
GoPro really has some work to do with this overheating issue. I also have difficulty connecting my phone to one of my cameras. I think this is another area that GoPro has room to improve.
My gopro 10 is consuming more charge and overheating after installing media mod
I’ve been thinking about 3d printing an insert to fit inside the battery compartment and mount a fan… then I get this video recommendation.
I like the small fan idea, especially since you claim it doesn't affect the audio but I still think it should be possible to come up with a passive cooling solution by either attaching external heat sinks and/or making an aluminum mount that contacts the mounting fingers directly. When I feel the fingers on my Hero 9 Black, they are extremely hot. That means that area should be great for sinking heat. Also, the reason I need it to be passive external is that I need to use the internal battery because I use it on a hat, and I need it to be waterproof.
Aluminum door with heat fins should help
that is a great idea I used to have some heat sinks but not any more I could have made one drill a hole cross ways through the fins and put the gopro mounting fingers I like it I like it a lot
I am a guy who rides bicycles and electric scooters and I use power banks and USB C and I don’t use batteries either. So I just use that usb cooler and the stretch cord? I have my own mounts too
That should work for you.
Sheer brilliance! I've just bought a Hero 11 with MOD cage and it will be used for close up (POV) filming in a small studio under lights, even LED's in the amount needed generate heat. Though in the UK our summer temperatures never get to yours but, as any engineer knows, when you create something first look for where "Murphy" can wreck the idea before going to far into production. So, even though I haven't done any commercial work with the GoPro yet, I was already thinking of how devastating a shut off would be whilst in use . . and, like you, I had no intentions of lowering spec's to solve this issue. I am the son of an engineer and much of my working life has been using engineering disciplines so I was already thinking along the lines of using a "silent" computer fan mounted on one of the dummy hot-shoes on the MOD case and powered by a power-cell. For me fan noise is not an issue as I set up several microphones around the active area of the studio for content sound, individual sound from on-board mic's are only used for track alignment in video editing.
So to see another engineer come to a similar conclusion doesn't make me feel miffed rather sure that my - your - solution is sound. As my father would say to me now and then . . . "Every engineer alive today stands on the shoulders of those who went before". Not a fashionable ethic in today's money hungry business but we are happy with it.
If GoPro have any sense they would consider making a "replacement battery door with an in-built fan" with power from a power cell to both the GoPro and the fan by USB connection . . . but I'm sorry to say I won't be holding my breath! Great work Jim, you've made a multi-billion corporation look silly! 👍
Thanks for the awesome feedback.
Such setups wouldn't only make the waterproof feature obsolete but also results in noise made by the air flow. Not practical in my case since considering i live in a high humid area
Of course it would no longer be waterproof. I’m not sure what high humidity environment that you are in, but it’s pretty humid in the southeastern US.
Unfortunately this solution won’t work for every conceivable application.
Thanks for this Jim, I'd been searching around to see if someone had already engineered a solution. I've recently started to use the GoPro Hero 9 in a static setting, on a tripod to record local gigs and have had issues around power and overheating. I'm working in a cooler setting (UK) so actually just removing the battery and using external power gave me 5.5 hours of recording (until the card was full on a home test). I used 2.7k 30fps with the max lens attached and the quality is excellent on a well-lit gig.
I had been using the media mod case so I can connect an external mic (zoom h1n) but this would not allow me to give the battery opening airflow. I looked at several solutions including the original mic extension but realised the solution was staring me in the face I'm still using the media case but detached on a short extension lead, I'm not bothered how it looks as it's decent recording on a small budget.
Wouldn't it be great if someone made a custom door with 10mm inlet and exhaust fans, powered by a pass-through USB C connector
I've also seen videos talking about the mount being used as a heatsink and that also go me thinking that an integrated heatsink mount could be made to replace the standard one
I've bought a fan and will use it to improve airflow, it's super quiet and you can feel the heat coming out of the unit. All sorted with minimal cost and great outcomes, thanks for the work you've done here. It's a great little camera and brilliant we can get even more out of it.
Thank you for the feedback.
My issue is I need to use the media mod for my wireless microphone, so I am unable to have access to the battery compartment for airflow. I am going to try leaving the camera battery removed and use the powerbank from the GoPro Volta, so hopefully the battery removed will not heat up the GoPro as much. Maybe having the fan blow on the outer shell can help keep the GoPro cooler as well. I am also thinking about finding a small shade umbrella to mount to my tri-pod to keep direct sunlight off the camera.
Try it and see. Let us know how it works please.
On my GoPro 12, I ran a test indoors with my battery removed, media mod attached and Volta powering camera via media mod. At 4K30 with Hypersmooth turned off, it overheated at 1hr 45 mins.
@@PrimitiveGuyStuff does that solve your problem, or do you need it to last longer?
@@jimdenson6137 That pretty much solves my problem. I did go ahead and buy the fan...got two of them and a 40000mAh power bank, as well as a shade umbrella.
Since I can't push air into the battery compartment due to the Media Mod, I plan on making a mount that will attach the two fans to the media mod where one fan will blow the front of the camera face and the other will blow on the back of the camera. Noise won't be an issue since I use a wireless microphone. Once I get it all setup, I'll post up a video and reference your video for guidance.
Mans calls himself a "Engineer" and came up with a solution to blow air on the gopro while it recording lmaoooooo. Nobody and I mean nobody is going to use this setup at all! Most people get Gopros because they are doing action shots, underwater, durability, just buy yourself a different camera my guy. The GoPro is not for you.
😂
I run mine for eight hours straight at 5.3k 60fps. I run it without a battery and removed the battery door. Then I attached a 2inch blower fan from Amazon blowing into the opening. It records endlessly now.
Obviously not an option for every situation. LoL. Mine is just for a dash cam setup.
I just watched the video and see that he used the same fans. That's hilarious!
That setup will definitely do the job. 😂

Great! Gopro marketed it as an underwater video recording device with stabilization...now I have a $500 paper weight.
Why is it a paper weight?
Great video, thank you. I just purchased the elastic and the cooling fan.
Since you are leaving out the battery do you set the date/time every time you start out for a day recording?
Yes.
I am thinking an ice pack, what do you think, just thought of it just now I don't know how it would work you have to keep buying them unless you use the refreeze ones or the med kit type, that is no noise
Give it a try and let us know how it works.
Man that little computer fan is a great idea! Thanks for the tip and for a well thought out test 👍🏻
Problem with the small fan attached to it is the high pitched whine it makes ruins the videos
I didn’t begin hearing noise from mine until last week after handling the fan a little too rough.
Good information!!!
Thank you. I hope it helps you.
Thank you for this clever idea but sadly it doesn't solve the issue when you put your gopro in a protective case :(
Thank you for the time and effort put forth with your testing. Do you have access to a 3D printer? Possibly a skeletonized mock up of the battery with a way tp mount the small fan. I have a 3D printer, if, as an engineer, you could use CAD to design such a fixture and save it as a .stl file I would be more than happy to print it and send you the part for testing. My CAD skills are next to nonexistent.🤣
Thanks. I am working on a few different ways to mount the fans. My son has a 3D printer. I’ll post a video when I have them completed.
I wonder if it would be more effective to exhaust the air instead of blow air into the battery bay
I don't believe the end result will be any different.
Seems like a lot to have to do to a $500 camera to make it “work right”. I’m disgusted with mine already and haven’t had it but a couple weeks. I wanted to use it to record deer hunting but what happens when it overheats right about the same time a big buck walks out…. Sucks.
You’ll get no argument from me.
As much as I appreciate your invention / solution - it just tells me not to buy a GoPro - unless I move to the northpole.
I record constant video as well in my lawncare one on my truck and one on my mower I solved overheating on mower camera by actually using a old licence plate and bending to form a canopy that keeps direct sun off camera and it has worked. No fan temps up to 98 degrees the one on the truck I have on a magnet mount always shuts off in the heat of the day 8am to4 pm so I got a 60mm computer fan mounted on another magnetic mount that I can aim at camera it has kept it from overheating in direct sun and run fan off a 2000 mha battery pack runs both 1080 60fps on a 256card for 10 hours clips set at 15 min each I do like your complicated setup but that would have to be a permanent mount as moving that around would be combersim but a good idea to not affect audio quality the fan idea came to me as the cameras never overheated as I was driving as like a wind radiator but soon as I got to next lawn it would shut of shortly after I stopped the magnet mounts work great I know with a boat fiberglass but you could mount a piece of metal where you want cameras
Thanks for sharing.
I’m still working to simplify the design. I’m also working on a shade. I’ll need to finish my designs and share them in another video.
@@jimdenson6137 Please keep working on your improvements. I used shade under sunshine before, it did help but not able to completely solve the issue. I was thinking about using ice pack too. around the camera :-)
Nice solution. Still hope that I can solve this on mine just with updating the firmware. Thanks anyway. :)
That would be the best solution. I really do hope that works for you.

Insanity the lengths people will go thru to make the GoPro not overheat.. fix it GoPro!
That would be awesome.
My hack costs $0.10. I freeze a 16 oz bottle of water and attach the GoPro to the frozen bottle with rubber bands.
I'm sure that works. Isn't it a little awkward?
@@jimdenson6137, (1) No radial fan needed; (2) no power-pack needed for the radial fan; (3) no wiring needed to connect the power-pack to the radial fan; (4) no tubing needed + whatever attachments/connections are required to connect tubing to fan and GoPro housing.
Lastly, when you require hydration, there's a bottle of cool water ready!

Now, if we can just catch some fish!
Yep, and I need a big fan to keep me cool.
Just record for a while then shut it off so it cools that's all

Or just use the Volta with no battery in the GoPro
Does the Volta prevent the camera from overheating?
How about middle east sir is continue heating

I use my GoPro hero8 for playing paintball and recording my footage, at minimum recording for about 2 hours but at most I could be recording for 6 or 7 if I play a big game throughout the entire day. I find that my GoPro overheats overtime but it usually lasts me a good few hours because I'm not recording, I will turn it off while I'm walking back if I get shot out, but I haven't had it way too many times now where I've had an amazing moment of gameplay that I realized later on got my GoPro has turned off due to overheating and I have lost that amazing footage. This video idea seems exactly on par with what I need, that tiny little fan with something that I was thinking about as well because I am a computer technician and have looked at similar things, I just never saw a easy way to wire it up properly without the wires getting in the way all the time because I have the camera mounted on the top of my head and it needs to be able to move around a little bit, I do have a single USB cable running down my back to my power bank so I'm sure I'll be able to figure it out. I really appreciate your video because you are showing that actually can be done, a lot of other videos don't seem to actually address the issue just show how to turn your settings down LOL. It seems that paintballers and fishermen have a lot more in common than you would have guessed because we both operate in similar conditions for these cameras
I hope this works for you. If you make any further innovations please share them.
@@jimdenson6137 will do! Unfortunately due to the limited amount of space I have on the mount on my mask, plus the weight that I have to support on my head, there's not much I want to really add because it will get too bulky. my hero 8 never overheated with my use case, which is riding a bicycle, as long as there is some airflow, it will be fine. i've recorded countless 2~3 hours of 4k60 footage, just for fun, i stuck a bunch of mini heat sinks on the camera, wonder if you tried it before?

It seems many people had problem with overheating on their gopro, just for sharing, I get a simple solution for my Gopro Hero7 black, I use the 3rd party battery (Telesin) and it works really good, no overheating so far (long time recording for a fishing activity). The reason I came here I thought there will be a solution for the original battery of my gopro that cause overheating.

@@jimdenson6137 Jim. I used a small fan attached to the opening of the battery chamber to blow air to inside of GoPro 6, like your second simple setup. However, the GoPro recorded a lot of fan noise, due to the fan is attached to the GoPro. the GoPro 6 has the mic at the bottom which is very close to the fan. GoPro 10 or 11 may not have this issue. Now, I am thinking to use a little bit bigger fan to blow air towards the battery chamber but the fan is not attached to the GoPro 6. Hope it will solve the fan noise issue. any comments or suggestions?
Good effort but it's ridiculous for a gopro to cost what it costs and to have serious heating problems even without being in the sun. for me it's over. I don't want any more gopros. The first gopro 7 black simply stopped turning on. The second, even without being in the sun, as soon as it turns on after a few seconds, it gets stuck. You can only turn it off by removing the battery. Unfortunate. Never again gopro. Gopro is expensive fine junk.
I agree that GoPro should be better since they are considered the standard action camera for so long. I’m not sure if there is a better alternative that is as versatile.

What watt output d'you need for GoPro 10 5.3k 60fps anyone know please? Want to buy a waterproof power pack but don't know for sure what it needs to output.
what if (speaking from being a computer tech guy) you made some kind of heatsink which could fit somewhat into the battery compartment... much like CPU heatsinks on computers. Some fins could stick out the side, passively dispersing heat. Or a small fan could be mounted to it.
It could also have a couple small plastic rails to allow it to slide into the battery bay without touching anything conductive.
Or, if you're adventurous, find out where is safe to have "metal on metal" inside the battery compartment and make the cooling-fin cartridge part contact these places for even more heat dispersal.
Wow! Great minds think alike. The heat sink was my first idea. I spent hours searching for one that would work. Between not finding one that would work and worrying about the metal-to-metal contact I brainstormed for something simpler and ready-to-use.
@@jimdenson6137 I think a silicon mold could be taken of the inside battery bay, then the part near the electric contacts could be cut out, then it could be sand molded in metal? i think you're onto something here maybe
nice solution but will make the camera not waterproof.
You are correct.
However, I think that most situations where overheating is an issue are hot and dry.
It's been a year since mention of working on a shade. Have you made any progress? I video all day in an off-road vehicle. I've had improvements using a Falcam aluminum "finger" base for heatsink transference, and aluminum battery door from GoPro (again heatsink dissipation), power bank- no internal battery, and an OEM USB C cable from GoPro. A RUclips video showed great improvement alone by going with GoPro's and eliminating his 3rd party cable.
I’ve not been able to work on the shade idea. Job changes have prevented me from focusing on that. I haven’t even made a video in the last year.
I actually used an outside fan and a wireless mike. Worked out nicely. But now I see the new DJI Osmo Action 3 has solved the overheating problem with their new camera. Ordered one today.
I’ll have to do some research on that DJI.
I have the Action 3 and it has solved it to some extent, I can record non-stop in Houston, TX heat, until the battery runs out. I use this for my head mount. However this only works at 1080/30. 1080/60 or 4k/30 it will still overheat.
Thanks for sharing your experiences. There are a lot of comments regarding alternative cameras. I like hearing about how they perform.
You da man

Remove the battery. Use an external battery or a Volta power stick. Removing the battery gets battery heart out and gives more room for air.
Thank you my friend👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I hope this is helpful to you.
Jim, thanks for trying to solve these issues. I'm in Southern Arizona, summers 105 to 112 degrees, I put a gopro 8 on my windshield with a swivel mount on my Ram 2500, within 10 minutes of driving it overheats and shuts down, do you know of any good dashcams that don't have this problem? If I'm investing in a product I shouldn't have to modify it to work. Thanks Pat
Thanks for the comment. I’m not familiar with dash cams.
I agree that we shouldn’t have to modify gear that we pay good money for but it’s very hard to design cameras for such a wide range of uses.
If you're powering the camera from an external source via the USB-C cable, whether that's a wall adapter, USB power brick, computer, or car adapter, you can remove the internal battery and run the camera via external power. The camera will continue to work normally. Doing this is known as providing pass-through power.
Pass through power without the battery has been my standard operating method for quite a while. It does help some, but I still had the overheating issue in the summer heat. The fan was the best method I could come up with the alleviate the concern.
Hi nice setup. But you could try to inverse the fan to suck out the heat instead of blowing into the battery slot. Blowing into it would only help effectivly when the camera has air slots on the other side.
The fan doesn’t cover the entire opening, so the air that is pushed in can exhaust through the remaining open area. If the fan completely covered the opening then there would be no air flow and thus no heat exchange.
The metal battery housing acts as a heat sink and it has little openings in it, so it works great. I have a similar setup.
@@jimdenson6137 I've found that exhausting hot air results in a cooler device than blowing air into it
Hi Jim,
Lots of work done to put this video together! Thanks for the info.
That’s a lot of work to setup. Check out Black Shark Magnetic cooling fan. Use a Ulanzi BG-4 (5000mAh) with integrated tripod legs or BG-3 (10,000mAh), skip the BG-2 as it’s old design. Then you can power the GP8 + cooling fan and you can run all day until your battery or memory card runs out.
If magnets on cooling fan messes up your internals like it did to my Sony screen (flipped it upside down) then buy the non-magnetic one with phone clamp but it’s big. These are used for cooling down gamers on smartphones. I just use a velcro strap or rubber band to attach it to the GP8. You can’t see the screen but I use my iPhone and Quik app to control the GP or a remote I already have.
Thanks for the information, Nomad.
Hello, sorry to bother you here. This is Arrowbin from HSU, one of the most popular action camera accessory brands in the market. We are wondering whether you would be interested in trying out the GoPro Hero wind muff, which could help reduce the wind noise. You could kindly check the comparison video for the media mod and the windslayer from this video. ruclips.net/video/UvVF4BHwf9U/видео.html
I already have 2 of these, but I haven’t done any testing to determine how well they perform.
@@jimdenson6137 If you are interested in testing out, you could kindly have a look at ours. Ours have the most powerful wind noise reduction performance.
god job sir......
Thank you. I hope you find it useful for your application.
magnets would be a great alternative to attach the fan to the camera...very tiny magnets on the cam and a couple on fan
Maybe. I’m afraid the magnets might interfere with the electronics. Also, I don’t think tiny magnets could hold it in place when I crank the boat and change locations. (50-60mph)
@@jimdenson6137 there are some small very powerful magnets on the market. When it comes to interference with the electronics, there's only one way to find out. Give it a try and see what happens. If it don't work, move on to a different idea.
Alot of the new small cams now have very small magnets that actually hold components very securely. Keep up the good work
nice work man
Thanks, Andy.

Please make a video on go pro water damage
I don't have any experience with water damage of GoPro's. Is that a problem for you? I would like to hear more about this.
@@jimdenson6137 yes !
My go pro is water damaged 😑
@@Niksvlog_11 Oh no! How did that happen?
Seems like an OK idea if you are taking 30 minute video, but doesn’t seem too practical for an action camera. Most video clips on action cameras are between three and five minutes at max.
I don’t disagree with you. However, I solved a specific problem with the way that I record
At some point I might try to tackle the issue with overheating on short videos.
shoot in 1080p & it'll run the battery dry everytime
Thanks for sharing those tips and the process you went through to test the solutions.
Would it help to paint the white, the GoPro body and the shade you plan to make, to reflect some of the Sunshine?
The shade will be white.
I’m not so sure about painting the GoPro, but I’ll think about it. It might help.
I cant do this under the watter
Does your GoPro overheat under water? I wouldn’t think so.
🤣
@@jimdenson6137 sure it overheats, as it placed into underwater housing.
@@masleena4u Wow! I am surprised. Unfortunately, I don’t have a solution for that except to change settings.
@@jimdenson6137 we have solution for this =) returned back to my sony as200v
Jim, see my 2 private messages to you on Nextdoor.
