  • From the nation that gave us some of the safest cars on the roads comes the Keonigsegg with a rather safety-defying top speed. Its brutally fast as Jeremy testifies as he tries to reach its top speed - a staggering 245mph. But is there actually enough track to go that fast?

Home of the Mad All kidding aside, Clarkson simply didn't have his contract renewed, he wasn't actually fired, so there's always a possibility of him returning to BBC programming, but that's doubtful now that he has a new show. As for the sound guy... I'd wager he's still employed. I know the original lead producer left the show to go with Clarkson & co., but I think the other people are staying.

Docent matter that their are other faster car models(& may even more pricey) today. I would chose that model anyway(also its the original).

At the end of the day, Koenigsegg crushed all the famous car brands when it comes to super cars. The Jesko destroys all competition. Because the owner is a huge car nerd, not a traditional corporate owner. He didn't rule with a whip, he encouraged new ideas from all his people. Because he's in the first generation of the ownership. He still has all the passion about the car, not about making money.
1600HP on that small engine, with a gearbox that isn't really a gearbox anymore, that is a hybrid, with that small weight, well... it's insane. They crushed them all. Koenigsegg and his team of engineers are pure geniuses.
