I wanna do it cause my right hand's nerves are being weird and I heard it might be that median thingy being inflamed and that I shouldn't bend or extend my wrist much so it swells down or something but I keep forgetting to not move it and I heard that doing this can make your hand stable and at least I have a visual reminder to not move my wrist too much
