I love these simple stitch tutorials, Crystal. Gets me outta my head and onto the HOOKS!
Love this Stitch. And even more that it's a one row repeat thank you so much
Keep these one row repeats coming - love them!
YES!!!!
Indeed!
YES! I love them!
Only ones I can do ❤️🤗
I love this stitch. Thank you Crystal for sharing your talent with all of us.
I’ve used this stitch pattern for blankets, it’s great. I’ve also altered it by doing the opposite and ending with a single crochet every row.
When I do this, there is no hdc on the ends. every row begins and ends with sc. I am working on one now. It makes a great texture.
Thank you! Easy and quick.
Always in the market for a beautiful new stitch 😍☮️
HA! My first thought was, dang... that must eat up yarn! And then the next thing was Crystal saying "and it doesn't eat up a lit of yarn" LOL!! Love it and Crystal!!!
Sweet. I love simply beautiful stitches! Thanks Crystal!

Hi Crystal, love these easy stitches. Going to use this stitch to make my great grandkids a blanket for Christmas! You are the Queen of Crochet!!
You have a very calming voice and your a good teacher 💐
I really like this stitch. It is time to take out the blanket I have started and use this stitch. Thank you for this Crystal.
Yarn reminds me of the ombre yarn I used to make a scarf and hat set for my lifelong friend. She loved anything purple 💜. She is since deceased and I now have the scarf and hat set back to remember her by. As ever thank you for your tutorials. 😊
Hi Crystal. Love learning new stitches from you. So easy to follow along with. Getting ready to make a blanket and this will be the perfect stitch for it. Thank you.
Easy peasy, lemon sqeezy 🍁🇨🇦🐘🌞

This would be a great stitch for those yarns that are very colorful and busy, but you want a soft texture out of. Thanks, Crystal!
Made a baby blanket using this stitch with her at baby blanket stripe yarn! Absolutely love the results! Thank you for the great instructions!
Hi Crystal good to see you are doing well. I love this stitch, I think I will make me a top. I love the repeat stitches. Your making so many good stitch that I can't keep up with making the items I want to use all these stitches on. I'm falling behind, but that's ok you just continue making all these lovely stitches and ill continue to make my list of what I'm going to make. Thank you for continuing to share all these new stitches with all of us. Never a boring day with you. Always new and lovely stitches to learn with you. Again thank you so much. Continue teaching all of us your new creations. Take care and God bless you.
I thought it was going to be the stitch with the opposite. Double when single and single when double. I made a blanket with that stitch. Now I need to make one with this stitch.
Thank you
pretty, that red heart ombre works up nice in that stitch. looking forward to see what stitch you mix with it to make Rose a dress!
Thank you so much. Love one row repeats. Beautiful stitch 👍❤️
Thank you! 😊
Very nice stitch!
Love it I must try.
I'm starting a scarf with this stitch! The silt stitch is BEAUTIOUS and I love the purple Mandalas ombres!!! I use I love this yarn the most! You are an AWESOME teacher! I love following you! Thank you so much!!
Nice stitch pattern! That would be a lot of fun to work up. Happy Labor Day, Bod Family!!! ⚓️💙
I have not tried this stitch but it's very close to the Thicket aka Suzette stitch which I love and use for making all my kitchen mats, wash cloths etc. Thank you!
I made a huge blanket with this stitch 20 years ago, but I never heard a name for it. I did it as a variation of the sc into dc, dc into sc version. I've made many things with this stitch over the years, and I always love how it comes out. One thing I do differently: I chain an even number, and on the first row I sc into the second chain from the hook, dc into the next, and so on. When I get to the end I sc into the last stitch, so that I always have an sc as the first and last stitch on every row. I LOVE this stitch so much because there is never any counting needed, and it is easy to see any mistakes and fix them right away. You can listen to a book or have a conversation or watch a video while crocheting. So simple and always with beautiful results. I think I'll try your idea of starting and ending with a half-double; single works well, but maybe the slightly taller stitch will give some benefit. ❤️
Thank you so much for all your help I'm learning how to do more stitches
I love this stitch!! I use it to make dish drying towels, which are about twice the size of dish rags. My sister and her husband love them!! 💜💜💜

Love this stitch and the yarn. I need to find somewhere I can get red heart yarn from where it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, the arm for the yarn and the leg for the freight.
