  • Today in the shop we are installing the JKS 2021 Ford Bronco Tie Rod End Sleeve Kit on our Ford Bronco. After breaking in Moab, we needed a steering upgrade, but will this hold up to serious rock crawling?
    So far, YES!
    Check out the sleeves:

Sitting down when you can is great. It saves your C spine, your knees and allows more ficus on the task at hand. Lazy? Not in the least. Thanks for a great instructional video.

Nice work! I’d recommend to buy a $10 digital caliper on eBay to get a closer measurement, but this also works.

My cousin absolutely grenaded the 12 bolt in his K5 on that same spot on posi hill. Rotated the center section on the axle tubes.

It's definitely a fun spot to party but that sounds like a tough break!

Nice video, I’ve been looking at a few different ones, some recommended wheel alignment after that, I guess if you’re exact on the measurement you should not need one? But is it recommended

The only setting this would change is toe. Alignment is never a bad idea but if you are very diligent about measuring you can probably skip a trip to the alignment tech.

Is is more expensive to just get an upgraded tire rod if you’re going with bigger tires and a lift? That’s my fear with my bronco.

Yes this is much more affordable, plus part availability was an issue at the time we filmed this.

    What sliders are you running?

    • @PolyPerformance

These sliders were made in house. They are based on factory rock rails but have additional reinforcements.

Great, now what are you going to sell me to fix the broken rack that your sleeve caused!
The only design flaw is between your ears, a proper IFS lift would solve your issue!
Keep your steering angles neutral and don’t ignore your drive angles either!

    Kachoooow.
    Not the only major problem.
    1. First and finish.
    2. Engine failure.
    3. Jeep envy.
    4. Price.
    5. Dash layout.

Why are you here if you don't want anything to do with one is my question

buy this, so instead your steering rack shatters. No thanks. I'll leave this here: ruclips.net/video/vIAtR8saskM/видео.html
