I'm Turkish. Don't know English well. I can predict it is quite efficient video. I wish I had know.

I know I'm a little late here, but are you using 1:1 for speed? If so, why do you use 1:1 for speed instead of 5:1? I've always been taught to use 5:1 for speed regardless of distance scale or situation.

Hello, you can choose whichever scale is convenient for you as long as you keep distance and speed separate in your mind. You may have learned 5:1 if you are frequently on ships that travel quickly such as merchant or war ships. But you choose whichever scale you like. Thanks!

    Hi,
    Really helpful tutorials.
Love your work, especially the introductory first two videos.
I have done my training using the OAW triangle for radar plotting so I found your last two videos a bit difficult to adjust to.
But that is just my opinion.
Your videos really help a lot of mariners with their competency exams and inevitably making our lives safer at sea.
Could you also make a video on different stabilization, orientation of radar displays?
(Ground, Sea stabilised and the NUp, CUp, HUp)
