    Good buy. I run 180gr cast in mine. I dont have a scope on it since its my rides in a leather scabbard but they are a great, versatile tool. Take care and happy shooting, John Oakley.

      Yep, I'll be reloading for this in a week or two, I'll see if I can get 150s to shoot better. Stay safe!

    Great video I like the 170 gr better because when Iam using my Thutty-Thutty long shot is 80 yards.

    Typically, most .30-30's like the 170 gr. ammo better for accuracy. I personally wouldn't use cast bullets in Micro Groove barrels.
