I tried making this three times and each time my batter completely curdles and separates as soon as i add the milk 😭😭 i’m using fresh ingredients and following the steps in the video exactly, don’t know what it is im doing wrong 😢

It will definitely curdle as you're mixing milk with lemon juice , simply add the flour and mix. You're going to be fine
